βWorld Class Collision was far and away the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. I called them on short notice after running over a shredded semi tire on the 118. I had fairly minor front bumper damage, but it was dragging on the ground and needed to be repaired ASAP. They not only immediately patched up me to drive until the parts arrived, but provided a fairly priced quote as well. Communication with Fred was responsive and professional. Fred also arranged a drop-off and pickup that I needed while they worked on it.
The bumper repair itself was done to a very high quality, and on top of it, they fastidiously cleaned the inside and outside of my car before pickup as well. It was like having a new car again. Being treated like a valued customer on a minor repair isn't always a given, but these guys knocked it out of the park.
Easy recommend to friends and family who need any collision work done in Simi, and I will certainly use them for any future work myself.β

βI have been going to JBS for many years now. They always come through. Just last week, they were really busy and I could not get in formally. They said if I could leave the car with them they would try to squeeze it in. I did that and in 3 days, the work was completed. I did a late pick up which went perfectly well. But, upon starting the car, there was a squeaking, probabky from the newly replaced alternator/belt. Since the shop is closed in weekends, I sent them a message about it. Got a response way before opening on Monday. They apologized. Told me bring it in and they would get on it immediately. I arrived at 8(opening) and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Most of that was putting it back on the lift!😁
I appreciate their integrity. Things happen and they took care of it as soon as they could. I will continue to give them my business...even if they are too busy!😁😁😁β
βI have dealt with Genright over the years purchasing various products and I am currently running their Elite suspension on my 2012 Jeep JKU. Their products are top notch, that are built to last. Plus, they are constantly making things better and to me that shows they care about having the absolute best products.
The sales guys you deal with are hands down the most knowledgeable in the biz. Heck, I had sent an inquiry email about a product of theirs I have and the freaking owner of the company responded to answer my questions. How awesome is that for customer support! For a company that has been in the offroad industry for as long as Genright, that just blew my mind. It shows he cares and that is gold to me.

βNot long after a collision, I pulled in with a slow leak, not knowing what the source was.
Within 5 minutes, the tire was off and they found a nail on the inner tire wall. 15 minutes later, it was patched up and I was out the door.
No appointment, nothing, just good, quality, quick service. Definitely will return if I'm ever in that position again!β
βI have lived in Simi Valley for 42 years. I’ve had five mechanics for me. A&D Automotive is my sixth. I’ve taken three cars to them and they’ve done a wonderful job on all three. Dave is an incredible honest man and I’m sure if he is an honest man. His staff is right behind him. No issues I’d say take your car though. You’ll be satisfied with what you get from him nothing but the best I’d give him 10 stars if they had it.β
βEverything about my experience was great here. I loved that they already had seamless processes in place with the rental car company and the insurance company. I went out of town while my vehicle was being repaired and didn't have to worry about anything. Updates from Tony and staff, came via text although I could always call if I had immediate concerns, which there were none.
My parents owned a very well known and respected paint and body shop over the years so I was a little nervous venturing out to someone new. Tony was great answering all my questions and concerns even the crazy ones.
City Auto's painter was incredible. He feathered in the paint so well you can't see where the old vs new paint meets. I had an existing, small blemish on my paint near the damaged site and they went above and beyond and got that too. I had some add-ons like my chrome trim wrapped in black and it looks better than my original wrap.
My car came back cleaner than when I left it too!

βI had a Catalytic Converter Code show up on my truck. I stopped in to see Jeff who operated for 43 years. It turns out that the Catalytic Converter that needs to be replaced is a bolt-on unit that includes the Exhaust Manifold. Unfortunately Jeff does not do replacements of the Exhaust Manifold. While Jeff could have stopped there, he went ahead and pulled up part numbers for 3 different manufacturers of CARB Compliant Catalytic Converters and wrote them down for me. What amazing service! I wish Jeff could have done my job but with the parts Jeff recommended, my mechanic will complete the job. Thank you, Jeff!β
