“They went above and beyond, expediting the repairs on my vehicle and personally delivering to my house, just in time for my family to leave on a road trip vacation in the repaired vehicle. Great job- thank you!”
“World Class Collision was far and away the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. I called them on short notice after running over a shredded semi tire on the 118. I had fairly minor front bumper damage, but it was dragging on the ground and needed to be repaired ASAP. They not only immediately patched up me to drive until the parts arrived, but provided a fairly priced quote as well. Communication with Fred was responsive and professional. Fred also arranged a drop-off and pickup that I needed while they worked on it.
The bumper repair itself was done to a very high quality, and on top of it, they fastidiously cleaned the inside and outside of my car before pickup as well. It was like having a new car again. Being treated like a valued customer on a minor repair isn't always a given, but these guys knocked it out of the park.
Easy recommend to friends and family who need any collision work done in Simi, and I will certainly use them for any future work myself.”
“Had a bed liner sprayed in and wheel wells installed. These guys did a fast, immaculate job. They stand behind their work 100% if you have any issues with the work they did they will bend over backwards to ensure you are satisfied. They have a wide array of different services they perform from accessorizing your truck with bed covers, side steps, hitch assemblies and they will spray the super tough line-X product on anything that you want. There are endless applications for this rugged material and they are set up to treat any surface you can think of. The owner Ben is a stand up guy, very intelligent and total professional. It doesn’t hurt that he is an avid dog lover either! I highly recommend supporting local businesses and these guys are an excellent resource. I plan on having them treat a motorcycle frame for me in the near future. I also plan multiple truck upgrades in the near future and I plan on using these fellas after the excellent experience I recently had with them. If you have a truck, RV, boat, trailer etc and need surfaces protected or accessories installed go see these guys you will not regret it!!”

“Ran over a curb in a parking lot and absolutely demolished my passenger side rocker panel on my Tesla Model 3. Called this place, Vic picked up, drove over to my house and gave me a much, much better estimate than any other Tesla collision shop was able to. Vic and his team work fast, are very communicative and go above and beyond. So happy with my service!! Thank you!”
“These people are legit. Patient, informative and desicive people. Lucas Rose, Bree and other office folk, thats how business is conducted. More power to you. Congratulations.”
“Everything about my experience was great here. I loved that they already had seamless processes in place with the rental car company and the insurance company. I went out of town while my vehicle was being repaired and didn't have to worry about anything. Updates from Tony and staff, came via text although I could always call if I had immediate concerns, which there were none.
My parents owned a very well known and respected paint and body shop over the years so I was a little nervous venturing out to someone new. Tony was great answering all my questions and concerns even the crazy ones.
City Auto's painter was incredible. He feathered in the paint so well you can't see where the old vs new paint meets. I had an existing, small blemish on my paint near the damaged site and they went above and beyond and got that too. I had some add-ons like my chrome trim wrapped in black and it looks better than my original wrap.
My car came back cleaner than when I left it too!
Thanks everyone for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!”
“Mr stephen and mr john did an amazing job helping me diagnose a bad battery and a future bad alternator issue to my Corolla as everything was replaced everything runs like new now, much appreciated for the great customer service 🫡💯✝”

“Powerhouse in Simi Valley, run by Thomas, is one of the top performance shops around. They are highly professional, extremely helpful, and truly know their work. Once you work with them, you won’t want to go anywhere else.✅✅✅?????”
“We had an excellent experience with Pro Body Auto Works in Simi Valley! They repaired the bumper on my wife’s Mercedes GLE SUV, and the work came out absolutely beautiful. Their attention to detail was incredible, you would never know the bumper had been damaged.
Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They truly went above and beyond, and they even detailed her car before she picked it up, which was such a nice surprise.
The quality of the workmanship and customer service were both outstanding. We highly recommend Pro Body Auto Works and would absolutely trust them with our car again. Five stars!”
“I just want to say thank you to the people at exotic motorsports here in Simi. Valley for doing such a great job on my car top notch service kept me informed throughout the whole process, calling me with updates. Which is really appreciative in today's world? Thank you so much.”
“Eddie and his staff are wonderful, he told me when the part for my car would be in and when my car would be ready for me to pick up. It was just as he said. Very friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job!”
“This is the best autozone I've ever been to, bar none. Zeke, Travis, Jeremiah, and that one other guy are hands down the best reps I've had the pleasure of working with. They are hard working, knowledgeable about cars, and will always help customers out with a great attitude. If these guys ran the Titanic, it would still be sailing today.
I'm moving away soon but this store will always be the gold standard for me. The only regret I have is that I can't give these guys more than one 5-star review.
If I ever need to get a new battery for my car I'll come back to this store and only this store just so that they can upsell me those felt washers kits, and I'll happily buy them from this store even if I know they do absolutely nothing for my car, just to up their metrics.
Edit: What I meant was that those felt washers are actually really important for your car and you should swap them out every time you do an oil change, and buy them from this store.”
“I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from First Nissan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Francisco was my sales associate, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He took the time to understand my family’s needs and found the perfect car that checked all our boxes and more. Thank you, Francisco, for making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend First Nissan and ask for Francisco if you’re looking for great service!”

“I brought my 10 year old car in and they made it look brand new for a reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent and the customer service was top notch. I had dents, peeling paint and scratches before they made it look fantastic. Great paint and body work. Jared was so great to work with!!”
“I ordered a one-piece carpet floor mat for my for my Silverado pickup. I wanted the Silverado logo. I thought they would put it right in the middle of the floor mat. But they put it on both sides. And that's is what I really wanted. Nice quality floor mat. For the price. I give them a five star.”
“I had a Catalytic Converter Code show up on my truck. I stopped in to see Jeff who operated for 43 years. It turns out that the Catalytic Converter that needs to be replaced is a bolt-on unit that includes the Exhaust Manifold. Unfortunately Jeff does not do replacements of the Exhaust Manifold. While Jeff could have stopped there, he went ahead and pulled up part numbers for 3 different manufacturers of CARB Compliant Catalytic Converters and wrote them down for me. What amazing service! I wish Jeff could have done my job but with the parts Jeff recommended, my mechanic will complete the job. Thank you, Jeff!”
“Got an appointment for my car next day, friendly people. Reviewed my car's history, quote for service was reasonable. Didn't charge anything extra and washed my car.”
“Paul and his team are simply the best , very knowledgeable guys ! great prices and quality parts . I always get OEM parts from these guys and i avoid having to go to the dealer for my BMW and Mercedes parts . They also sell liqui moly oils and much more . HIGHLY recommend this place !”

“Peter is so wonderful. My husband is friends with Peter and recommended this place.
My window regulators for my Fiat 500 were both broken. Peter was kind enough to give me an estimate over the phone. The manager there was also nice and friendly.
I was mind blown when my total came out to less than $230. That’s unheard of in this economy. They had my car fixed in less than 3 hours that same day.
This is a quality shop. I saved so much money by coming here instead of the AutoNation in Valencia.”
“I picked up my 2024 Nissan Rogue yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. Their workmanship was excellent, and my car looks great.
Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, courteous, and kept me informed. They made everything smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. Thank you for taking such great care of my vehicle! 🚗✨”
“Ran into an issue with my Expedition, I had my car towed to their shop. They were polite, honest and timely. They did not try to take advantage and upsell. They called me within a few hours to describe the issues and review pricing options. They did the repair and I had my car back the same day. I am so thankful we found them and after this experience I plan to use them for all my services.
If your looking for a reputable shop, with competitive pricing and great service then you need to give Shortees the chance.
When you find a honest business we need to ensure they have plenty of business so they are rewarded, there aren't many businesses like Shortees. I have recommended them to everyone in my family and at work. I'm handing out there cards. No joke they are Great!!!”
“Brought in my 1992 F250 for an AC recharge on my new system. The older gentleman is very polite and took good care of me over the phone and in person. The other gentleman who worked on my truck was fast, efficient, and even took the time to explain to me concepts and provide recommendations going forward. I highly recommend this shop. Truthful, honest, and to the point.”

“I was rear-ended a few months ago took my car to this shop for repair. Billy and Yousef (sp?) were great! They were communicative, professional, friendly, and they did an excellent job at repairing my car and making it look pristine. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again when needed.”
“The folks here have been building better performance parts for racing for decades. Great group to work with, Chris is a sharp guy and Jim will get it done for you!”
