I found myself in an unfortunate situation needing repairs and had experience before with formerly City Auto Body. They are an authorized repair dealer for my insurance and I like that they partner with Enterprise to service their customers. Much better than Hertz in every way. From start to finish, communication was quick and smooth. I was given an inspection almost immediately and given the keys back just as quick it seemed. Working with body shops from a previous career, I know this is not an average experience. The most deserving part of the five star review is the extra steps they took. For example, I had a few minor scratches on my front bumper they touched up for me. Free of charge. They also detail your vehicle nicely and have a water bottle upon your return. The little things make for a nice touch. Much appreciated and recommend this body shop for any future repairs.”

“So very helpful!! I remembered when Pep Boys parts and auto service were the same when I last purchased windshield wipers. At that time, they put them on for free, so I returned because my friend who would have installed them was out of town. On my return years later, Pep Boys changed, and I was in Advanced Auto Parts contemplating buying windshield wipers when I was told they would install them. Fantastic! I was educated on different selections, made a choice, and was very happy with the selection and installation. Easy! No waiting! This last week, I noticed one of the main headlight bulbs was out and stopped on my way out of town for the holidays to pick up a part to install later. Ejmin was very patient and kind. He said he would help me install it then and there. It was already getting dark, and he did what he said he would. He informed me about the different types, installed them, and I was on my way safer and legal than before. Wonderful! I will return! Recommend this shop and staff to everyone!”

“Jeff is a magician! I have a 1954 ford 2 door coupe with a 90s 302 with fuel injection. He ran header back dual exhaust with provisions for O2 sensors. He placed all the piping with meticulous care. I was so impressed with his work I forgot to take photos of it up on the lift lol. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! He was very reasonable. It is hard to find a quality service business of any kind where you know you can trust them, and they have earned my trust so many times that I would not consider going anywhere else for non-warranty work. But here is the best part: If Mike is aware of a service bulletin on your vehicle which you are asking him to repair, he will first send you to the dealer to ask them to take care of it. He has done this for me twice, without my asking, and he saved me $Thousands as a result, while other mechanics will simply do the work and charge you for it. Billy managed to repair the damage (smoothed it out) and paint the door flawlessly. It really is impeccable work at a reasonable price. I've purchased a Dakota, and a Ram 1500 from Simi Dodge and have been a staunch supporter of your service department from the days of Jeff Hightower. Your department helped me through a major warranty issue with my 2018 Durango GT and got it fixed!That's all great, and is not taken for granted, but I'm writing to thank you for having Daniel Nadalet on your sales team!! I've been waiting for the "survey" to give him the highest marks, plus 100, but it never came through. In fact, I haven't gotten a survey from the dealership since 2019, but I know they've been sent to my email. We needed to replace our aging explorer and got a JEEP Sahara with him. My wife is quite happy, she wanted a Bronco but we're not paying $10-$20K more than what a Bronco costs (ADM) just to have a Bronco. That does NOT make sense to us. With his guidance, and enthusiasm for the brand, we got a JEEP instead and are loving it! So when it came time to think about saying goodbye to my GT and getting a last of the line SRT Durango (probably the last petrol powered vehicle I'll buy), it needed to be the right salesperson at the right place at the right time. He suggested ordering one so I could get it just the way I wanted. I did not know such an honest, straight-shooting, enthusiastic salesman existed until I met Daniel. It's one thing to order a vehicle, but it's another to order a special enthusiast vehicle with an auto enthusiast and MOPAR junkie! He never told me anything which wasn't true. He kept me apprised of the build and arrival before Dodge could send me the emails. It was an adventure ordering the SRT just as I wanted: without roof rails, without that red leather interior, etc... I was going to order a 2022, but the order banks were closed. Then in December it looked as though it wouldn't happen because the "premium and premium plus" were the only options, but he stuck with me, never fed me false information to get my hopes up or maybe buy something else, even when you had a white one on your lot that I could have gotten as a discount. He knew I wouldn't be satisfied even when I thought, maybe? He kept on it and when the door opened for the one I wanted to order he helped me walk over the threshold! And he promised no bad surprises, and that's exactly what there were- no bad surprises. I paid what it cost, which is exactly what I wanted to do. And the first offer on my trade was too low in my opinion, I had it appraised at CarMax that morning and asked him to ask the sales manager to kindly reconsider, and he did. This is the first vehicle which will be parked in my garage from day one! The SRT 392 is a dream come true, and it wouldn't have happened without the service, courtesy and care I got with purchasing the vehicle with Daniel. I don't know many in the market for a vehicle, but when I hear of anybody, they'll be directed to Daniel. I would fill out the survey so I can give him 10 out of 10 stars!! And more if I could! “Wonderful service and attention to detail by Albert and his team! I went in for an estimate for paint restoration for my 14 year-old Accord, given the UV damage over the years. It was starting to rust as the protective layer was gone from the rooftop. I knew I had to get it repaired but worried about upselling and the final cost. Albert reassured me that a total car paint job was not necessary (unless that's what I wanted and would come with a hefty price tag) and substantially (by thousands of dollars) reduced the final price as only a few panels including the rooftop needed to be done. I picked up my car today, and everything was done so well. The paint job looks like it did on the first day when I bought the car and the headlights are gleaming bright. The car looks refreshed and new and at a fraction of what all the other places in Simi Valley quoted me. Trust this place and go in for an estimate. You won't be disappointed! I'll be referring all my family and friends here.”
