“I have lived in Simi Valley for 42 years. I’ve had five mechanics for me. A&D Automotive is my sixth. I’ve taken three cars to them and they’ve done a wonderful job on all three. Dave is an incredible honest man and I’m sure if he is an honest man. His staff is right behind him. No issues I’d say take your car though. You’ll be satisfied with what you get from him nothing but the best I’d give him 10 stars if they had it.”

From the moment I stepped up to the service counter, I was treated with courtesy and my concerns were fully documented. The turnaround time for the diagnostics and repair were very reasonable.”

“Ran into an issue with my Expedition, I had my car towed to their shop. They were polite, honest and timely. They did not try to take advantage and upsell. They called me within a few hours to describe the issues and review pricing options. They did the repair and I had my car back the same day. I am so thankful we found them and after this experience I plan to use them for all my services. If your looking for a reputable shop, with competitive pricing and great service then you need to give Shortees the chance. When you find a honest business we need to ensure they have plenty of business so they are rewarded, there aren't many businesses like Shortees. I have recommended them to everyone in my family and at work. I'm handing out there cards. No joke they are Great!!!”

“Went last month for a routine oil change. They were quick, professional and offered to check items on my car for free. Even told me to come back anytime if light or other areas were concerning. I did go back a few days ago because my tire pressure light came on and they checked all tires and put air in all tires that needed it. As a single older women, I feel safe and can trust their ability to take care of my car.”

“Got the 60k service performed on my vehicle and they called shortly after I dropped it off to inform me about my brakes being pretty bad (I had forgot to ask them to check because they were starting to squeak) really happy with the price I paid and how fast the service was. When I picked it up they had even filled my wiper fluids, brakes are great, car sounds a lot better with new fluids, I will be back for future needed services.”

“We have taken our cars to Schneiders for nearly 30 years. They have always provided excellent, honest, and reasonably priced service. They provide written detailed comprehensive diagnostics on your car and indicate what is critical to be fixed immediately and what might need to be fixed later. All staff are friendly and professional. I wouldn't think of taking our cars anywhere else.”

“I had an amazing experience at Simi Valley Toyota! From the moment I arrived, everyone was helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank the manager, Juan, for being so helpful and making sure everything went smoothly. Ian was also incredible to work with. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and ultimately got me the deal I was looking for. I really appreciate the time and effort they both put into making sure I left happy. I would highly recommend Simi Valley Toyota to anyone looking for a great deal and a great car-buying experience. Definitely ask for Juan and Ian”
