How much frustration I feel , they said my package was delivered and in not , so that mean I lost now I understand why people do not want to used usps services.

Staff unhelpful and unwilling to look into a package they tried to deliver and then failed to. Their automated phone number told me to come to this location and they are telling me to go to another location without looking into where my package is.

Edward the supervisor should be fired, the company that mailed my package made an error on zip code and they threw my package away, I’ve contacted his supervisors supervisor and they are doing a full investigation on this facility. Edward should be fired.
