“We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. The view is gorgeous and the rooms are so cute. The hot tub is so relaxing and there is plenty of room on the deck to lounge. The staff is also super friendly!!”
“Staying at the Lodge at Sugar Bowl really adds to the Sugar Bowl experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We park our car in an enclosed garage. They unload all of our luggage and ski equipment from the car, load it onto the gondola, unload it from the gondola, and bring it to the room for us. There is a locker downstairs to keep the skis overnight. They take all the hassle of schlepping luggage and ski equipment out of the ski experience. Once we were done skiing for the day- we never had to go outside in the cold evening. There's a lovely restaurant, congregating area around the fireplace, and a pub all in the same building. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated - but they are charming. The beds are very comfortable and there's some really nice amenities in the room. I'm so glad that we changed our season tickets to Sugar Bowl this year. Everything just feels so much friendlier and easier.”
“Stayed in room 331. Spacious 3 room, 3 bath, small but everything you need (dishes, silverware, glasses, etc). Balcony view overlooks from Funitel to Starbucks however the doors could use some maintenance. Was clean and pleasant to stay here.”

“We chose PlumpJack for our wedding for many reasons, and we are SO happy that we did.
The entire PlumpJack Inn team, from start to finish, was AMAZING to work with. Rob and Kerri made the entire planning process was seamless and made planning a wedding feel so much less daunting.
The weekend of the wedding, the front desk staff, bartenders, waiters- basically anyone on staff that we talked to- was so kind and generous. Everyone was personable and seemed genuinely excited that we were there to celebrate our wedding. They made all of our guests staying at the hotel feel comfortable and welcome throughout their stay.
During the wedding itself, the whole PlumpJack team was clear on their job, what meals were going to each person and made sure that the entire event ran seamlessly. We had so many compliments from guests about how professional the entire staff was and how well the event ran.

Doing a site survey for the new owners.
It’s in the most beautiful place in California with amazing views and beautiful nature.
The building tho, I’ll never go back not because of it being bad it’s just a building that has people in it that should have crossed to the other side.”
