“During my first ride in San Diego I had some issues switching gears and decided to swing into the San Diego Electric Bike shop to see if they could help.

Wow did they ever!!!!! ??Turns out the problem was a serious one- the cable was so frayed it was barely hanging on! After consulting with the owner, the mechanic stopped what he was doing and gave me a new cable and housing right there free of charge, in exchange for my honest review. He also alerted me to the fact that my chain was worn down to almost nothing (I do a lot of riding lol)

This shop deals mostly with electric bikes but clearly these gentlemen are experts in all kinds of bikes and, more importantly, they care about their customers, old and new alike, and will stop what they are doing to help someone in need! They also offer rental ebikes which I will definitely be trying out later this year!!! ??‍♀️”

“I have been looking for a great local bike shop for some time. I have tried competitors, but there are none to this shop locally. I have taken my bike in twice so far and received amazing service. The first time, they were able to fit me in for a derailleur adjustment and get me rolling quick (a competitor could not diagnose the problem, wanted twice as much and to take 2-3 days). The next time the shop was able to set me up with some grease to rebuild my hub. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great LBS!”
