“Thirty-six years (12/1986) I opened my account at the Solano Beach branch. During this long period of time I received 5 star service from every representative that I worked with. I established professional relationships with the financial personnel at Solano Beach. Age was never a factor in the treatment I received. I don't think being a millennial has anything to do with a persons behavior or attitude. Perhaps it was just a bad day. We all have them. I am giving 5 stars and would give ten if I could. I had occasion to do business at the Santee location and found them to be just as accommodating.36 years of service and no complaints is in my opinion a remarkable record!! Nothing but Kudos for MFCU!!”

“I've never had a bad experience here. I had only the lowest car rate I've ever seen at any bank or credit union, great customer service, fast lines, quick solutions. The only reason I opened up a secondary account at Bank of America, was because a small credit union is not able to fund a PPP loan and I needed that money during the pandemic. I understand people usually leave bad yelp reviews when they're only unhappy, and forget to leave great ones when they are pleased with service. “The manager at this location, Imelda Gemoto Quimpo is fantastic! I came in with an unusual request for assistance, helping out a CU member now in Belize. Imelda listened carefully and we worked together over a period of days trying to get things working. I ultimately had to refer my friend to the official SDCCU Technical Support line, but Imelda did everything she could up to that point. A really sweet nice person, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.”
