“Such an awesome gym & fitness community here in Solana beach! Joe (who owns & runs the business) is more like a friend who leads a workout rather than an intense coach! There are some long standing members who have been there 10yrs ++ and some that joined last week so come on down and give it a go!”
“F45 Solana beach is the best. It is a clean studio, fun upbeat classes, and great community of like-minded people. I’ve been going consistently for over two years now and could not recommend it enough.
Edit: I have recently checked out a couple other F45 gym locations when traveling and this one is by far the best. 10/10!”
“Staff is friendly. This is one of the smaller locations. Is limited on cardio equipment like spin bikes and no pool, sauna or showers. There is a large selection on powders if you like pre-workout. Just outside is an open area with a fountain and chairs very quaint and clean air a few miles from Del Mar racetrack. Will return thank you!”

“been going here for a while now and just getting to this review. I have been doing OFT for a few years at different studios but Coach James by far is the most upbeat and motivating coach I have worked with. Definitely keeps me in the orange zone and hitting the afterburn each workout!”
