But recently as the line grew, the only employee working the counter finally rang the bell for more help. A slovenly overweight man appeared to ask if anyone were just picking up mail. Hearing none, he departed. This is SOP for postmasters who NEVER roll up their sleeves to wait on customers. He had apparently directed the only other employee to empty trash and process packages instead of attending to customers. No one would ever run a business this way except the government, in particular, the U. S. Post Office.”

Other postal annex on Via De La Valle is extremely rude and I feel like it burdens them to drop my pre-paid package off. But here in SB they are always welcoming helpful and reliable!
