“I can't say enough about the jeweler, Tim, of Towne Jewelers'. He helped me with several jewelry problems. He sold items, created new items and was always considerate of my requests as a customer. “We recently stopped in to Jewels by Tashne and were welcomed in by Kirk. He asked what brought us in and my husband started sharing that he had purchased my first engagement/wedding ring from Jewels by Tashne 26 years ago and that we were now looking for an "upgrade". The three of us started talking about many things. Kirk spent a lot of time with us upfront to thoroughly understand our personalities, what it was that we were looking for and most importantly what ring design we were envisioning. Kirk then started showing us some samples based on our ask and let me try several on. Through the process of elimination, we chose a ring design that we really liked however, we wanted a few small customizations. Kirk was confident that what we were envisioning was easily achievable and let us know that he would work with his designer to provide us with a sketch of the ring. Over the course of the next few weeks, Kirk spent more time with us to share the sketches and after a couple iterations, we landed on the final design of the ring. Kirk then started asking us about the diamond as well as educating us on the details of sourcing a diamond that would match our desires. Within the next week, Kirk sourced a beautiful diamond and brought us back in to show us. We confirmed that we could move forward with customizing the ring and setting the diamond. Throughout the entire process Kirk was patient, spending a lot of time with us to bring our vision to reality. Kirk delivered a high-quality ring that we LOVE, it's gorgeous! “The quick and dirty is that Belinda and team are fantastic with expectation setting, walking you through the process, communicating efficiently/often, and with ensuring that you're well taken care of when you've got one of your timepieces with them for repair/servicing.I came in with a PAM 00029 Special Editions from back around '97 and had very specific asks... I was looking to get a certificate of authentication from Switzerland AND get a bezel replacement done (but without servicing the watch, because that would mean the team would be removing one of the best collector features of the watch... the tritium cracked hands).I sent the watch in right before the Swiss Holidays and while I can't change the fact that sending something internationally takes a very long time to get back to you (we're talking potentially months), Belinda and team will do a great job of setting your expectations and updating you with quotes.You may not like what you hear when it comes to international service times... but Belinda and team definitely do ALL the communicating for you when it comes to speaking with the Panerai service teams in Switzerland. You can expect frequent emails / calls with updates regarding any questions you have along the service journey. They understand nuance and are great partners in making sure you get exactly (or as close to exactly) what you're looking for.Turns out the service and work I was getting done happened a lot faster than quoted, so I was a happy camper and had my watch back to me within 24 hours, delivered securely to my doorstep.I wouldn't think twice when it comes to these folks. They're good people and professionals.”

“My absolute favorite Tiffany & Co location! Service is always top tier, everyone is kind and genuine, and you still get the full Tiffany experience. I've gone to many locations all over the country and this staff has the best customer service and attention to detail. I recently brought in one of my necklaces that had something stuck in the engraved writing on the charm that polish wasn't getting out. Lexi was fabulous and cleaned my piece on the spot, got the spot out, and even engraved the back of my charm. I previously had it cleaned at another location that honestly didn't bother trying and left smudges all over. I knew the San Diego team at La Jolla would be better. Not only did Lexi help but she was a delight too! Throughout purchases and cleanings over the years, this is the best location for both. Make sure to stop by and ask for Lexi!
