“Roberes was excellent from the time we walked in. Extremely friendly, great conversation, not pushy or sales driven space. They allow you to browse, try on, enjoy the experience without feeling obligated. We went in to have my 4 prongs replaced on my ring and resized. The turn around was within a few hours of being complete. Price was very reasonable especially given the time to get it back! The owner even offered a military discount which is always so incredibly kind!!! Cannot say enough about this place. I will definitely be back for any jewelry repairs in the future. But they also have a beautiful selection of unique, stunning pieces. Already eyeing up my next piece ;) A+ all around! You will not be disappointed!!!”

Had a pleasure to work with Nazzy again, she’s the absolute best! Thank you for helping my wife in acquiring her dream watch earlier than expected; Datejust 36 / fluted and jubilee bracelet. Ben Bridge Jeweler is lucky to have Nazzy on their team. Highly recommend if you're shopping for any jewelry and watches. Just be patient and she will pull through with your dream watch.

“We make it a point to visit this shop every year when we are there for summer vacation. The shop has a great assortment of baubles to admire. Vicky, the owner, is patient with pulling out whatever you want to see. I have never felt rushed or like I was annoying them with my questions, whether we purchased something or not. I purchased a couple of pairs of turquoise earrings this trip and was interested in the stories that came in with the pieces. Sadly for me I do not live closer. Highly recommend this shop, but give yourself time to do it justice.”
