“Roberes was excellent from the time we walked in. Extremely friendly, great conversation, not pushy or sales driven space. They allow you to browse, try on, enjoy the experience without feeling obligated. We went in to have my 4 prongs replaced on my ring and resized. The turn around was within a few hours of being complete. Price was very reasonable especially given the time to get it back! The owner even offered a military discount which is always so incredibly kind!!! Cannot say enough about this place. I will definitely be back for any jewelry repairs in the future. But they also have a beautiful selection of unique, stunning pieces. Already eyeing up my next piece ;) A+ all around! You will not be disappointed!!!”

Had a pleasure to work with Nazzy again, she’s the absolute best! Thank you for helping my wife in acquiring her dream watch earlier than expected; Datejust 36 / fluted and jubilee bracelet. “The quick and dirty is that Belinda and team are fantastic with expectation setting, walking you through the process, communicating efficiently/often, and with ensuring that you're well taken care of when you've got one of your timepieces with them for repair/servicing.I came in with a PAM 00029 Special Editions from back around '97 and had very specific asks... I was looking to get a certificate of authentication from Switzerland AND get a bezel replacement done (but without servicing the watch, because that would mean the team would be removing one of the best collector features of the watch... the tritium cracked hands).I sent the watch in right before the Swiss Holidays and while I can't change the fact that sending something internationally takes a very long time to get back to you (we're talking potentially months), Belinda and team will do a great job of setting your expectations and updating you with quotes.You may not like what you hear when it comes to international service times... but Belinda and team definitely do ALL the communicating for you when it comes to speaking with the Panerai service teams in Switzerland. You can expect frequent emails / calls with updates regarding any questions you have along the service journey. They understand nuance and are great partners in making sure you get exactly (or as close to exactly) what you're looking for.Turns out the service and work I was getting done happened a lot faster than quoted, so I was a happy camper and had my watch back to me within 24 hours, delivered securely to my doorstep.I wouldn't think twice when it comes to these folks. Solange and Daniel are absolutely a perfect reflection of a sales team for a designer brand. Sol was a fantastical model as I was attempting to navigate a choice of shoe or boot. “We make it a point to visit this shop every year when we are there for summer vacation. The shop has a great assortment of baubles to admire. Vicky, the owner, is patient with pulling out whatever you want to see. I have never felt rushed or like I was annoying them with my questions, whether we purchased something or not. I purchased a couple of pairs of turquoise earrings this trip and was interested in the stories that came in with the pieces. Sadly for me I do not live closer.
