“Jeana did an AMAZING job helping me redesign my heirloom. I never thought it would come out so good. When I opened it, I cried and was just so impressed. Thank you for the time, care, and attention given to this piece!”

“Kirk recently made a ring for my wife and we could not be more thrilled. He is so experienced, knowledgable, and trustworthy. If I ever had any questions he was very responsive on the phone and email. He wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for my wife, he even made a 3-D printed model so she could see the exact style and size before starting to work on the ring. The whole process was quick and seamless and we would both highly recommend JBT to anyone. Thank you, Kirk!”

“Amazing service! My dad has been bringing his automatic watch here for years and I just paid a visit to David to regulate the movement in my Marathon after it had run slow for a while. He had it ready to go later that day and took extra care to re-seal and pressure test the watch to its factory specification (300m WR!). Also, I spent way less on the service than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. I'll definitely come back when this watch needs a full service. David is always so genuine, friendly, and always straight to the point! I'd trust him with any watch I own.”

“Bryce at Diamond Boutique was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. I came in hoping to get a better understanding of some jewelry pieces that were passed down to me, and he took the time to explain the stones, settings, and overall details in a way that was patient and easy to understand. He even provided an informal value of each item, and helped guide me through what I was looking at without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and knows his craft very well. After a discouraging experience elsewhere, his kindness and professionalism honestly meant a lot. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you again, Brice! 🫶🏽”

“I truly cannot recommend Loghman Jewelers highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of world-class. This was the very first jewelry store we visited, and I came in with no expectations—fully anticipating that we’d need to explore several shops before finding the right fit. But from the moment I walked through the door, I was genuinely impressed. Sean was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to ask all the right questions, ensuring he understood exactly what I wanted. You can immediately tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. His guidance and expertise were invaluable, especially as I was looking for something truly timeless. Even after our initial meeting, he remained exceptionally responsive, keeping us updated throughout the entire process—which was remarkably quick and seamless. The ring he created is my absolute dream come true. Loghman Jewelers is everything you could want: kind, efficient, responsive, meticulous, and a joy to work with. They made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless and exciting. I can’t say it enough—I wholeheartedly recommend them!”
