“Cory L, which was a new hired employee seem to know more other than GREG. When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout. And proceeded to go far and beyond any requirements of an employee. Also thanks to GREG, which has been there for years noticed it. However, if you have employees there for 2 or 3 years and they treat other customers like they treated me. What kind of review would you expect me to leave? COREY, L. Should be in a management supervisor or supervisor position. Because he is what made my experience at Home Depot worth coming back and spending the tens of thousands of dollars that I do yearly at your establishment. Truly, Robert Mirabilio.”
“Helpful, friendly, and has a lot of good stuff, but they don’t keep their hours. This is twice now I’ve shown up before 5pm and they’re already closed. Not closing, but full fledge closed, lights off, staff gone 10-15 minutes early. Needed an emergency part for a water leak and now have to drive 40+ minutes to Home Depot.”
“Like stepping back in time... They have a lot of the discrete components you need to develop your own project designs. They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.”

“The owner is so kind. I went in to purchase drawer glides that were $40 each at a lumbar store. His prices were less and I connected how expensive they were .. he then volunteered and told me there were nearly identical glides much cheaper. I bought a 6-pack of them and it was 2.5 times cheaper than I would have paid at the lumber store. I will go there first for cabinet hardware.”
“I was in town visiting when I closed my car trunk and my license plate fell off. Looked up local hardware stores and found "Frank's. My bill was probably the lowest of the day for 2 new screws but Rocky treated me wonderfully. He spent time searching for the right screws and even loaned me a screwdriver to use. Amazing service. You just don't get that type of service at other hardware stores.”

“I've been going to F. Collins Supply for years. I purchase the majority of my consumables here. Whether it be for printed aluminum tape, HVAC duct liner, 50/50 tribar solder, and/or any flat stock sheet metal that I need (e.g. bonderized, galvanized & 26 gauge-20 gauge); They've got it. Their majority customer base however seems to me to be HVAC service and repairmen within Ventura County.”

“A massive hardware is size, variety, and service. Fittings for plumbing and electrical in an incredible varieties from very old to the most recent. Definitely the place to bring something you need to replace or service to see what they have. There is also a display of old tools. I spent almost an hour here looking at everything and got a couple of things I have not seen before.”
