They are small enough to give personal attention to the many situations that arise with fulfillment instead of forcing the seller to interact with a large software maze.I had packaging problems with one of my shipments, and TOpS loaned me a conference room to correct the problem, allowed disposal of trash, hand carted boxes of my shipment to and from the fulfilment warehouse to my workroom, and sold me supplies at cost. I will never forget their kindness.Their costs are competitive, and they give full service such as telephone answering, gift wrapping, and special care wrapping. Whatever you need, they can do. TOpS is computerized so that you can check on the progress of orders, etc. They also do shipments to Amazon.Sandy and her team have been together for a long time. This is the only post office I need to go to, as he ensures every shipment goes smoothly, whether it's through UPS or USPS. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere.”

“I came in to scan our old estate planning documents prior to updating our trust. Chase was one of 2 employees working today. He was so kind, professional and helped me scan hundreds of pages quickly. I ended up breaking their only scanner so I couldn't complete my scanning but he was so wonderful, patient and kind even though I took up a ton of his time. I truly appreciated his effort. He is an excellent employee who should receive at least a verbal appreciation.”

USPS center locations in Ventura or Oxnard and I have even gone to Santa Paula and the help is not so pleasant that on occasions I have had to return home with my packages because they did not want to receive my boxes, however, the Fillmore office has never Had no problem thanks you are a great team.”

“At least once a week I go to ups store for copies or fax or shredding or making copies or buying stamps or notary services. Every visit time each staff has been professional and courteous. They are often busy with many in line. When no one is waiting the staff is busy packaging and sorting. Ms Asure has been most helpful with notary business and other sevices. The new renovation of the store makes for efficient work it appears. Keep up your good work and customer service!!”

It does get somewhat busy at times, but for the most part it's a smooth in and out motion so you can get what you need to do it the way! “I like my little post office. They must have hired a new clerk or 2, because every time I go in, they are kind (not like these 5 year old reviews). Sometimes there is a wait, but never a very long one. I would rather go here than all the way to Camarillo where they are always busy.”
