“This UPS Store is located in a very accessible location in Moorpark. The entire staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been in there several times for different reasons, from Amazon returns to passport renewal. All transactions have been quick and professional. If you need to mail something or have an Amazon return, this is a fast and easy place to do it.”
“I have been a customer of Postal Magic for 29 years. I have interacted with the owner, Norma on several occasions. Norma is overwhelmingly professional and courteous. What customers have to consider is Postal Magic is a third party entity when it comes to mailing or shipping your items. Once your item leaves Postal Magic, the efficiency of your package arriving at the destination is on the company transporting your items. Why do you think you get a tracking number from the transporting company? Dont blame Postal Magic when the USPS or UPS screws up. Norma is the best and she tries to do the right thing. Great customer service.”

“We are very blessed that in our city we have people like our local post office, they are very kind, several times a month I need to visit them to send my packages, I always have a pleasant experience thanks to them, however I can't say that about others. USPS center locations in Ventura or Oxnard and I have even gone to Santa Paula and the help is not so pleasant that on occasions I have had to return home with my packages because they did not want to receive my boxes, however, the Fillmore office has never Had no problem thanks you are a great team.”

“This Post Office is in the perfect location because it's convenient and now too crowded. It does get somewhat busy at times, but for the most part it's a smooth in and out motion so you can get what you need to do it the way! The employee members are pretty friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated.”
“The staff was friendly and helpful. I was told that the UPS services were limited. For example, to mail packages, you have to have the boxes or envelopes sealed and labeled. You can also receive packages at that location.”

“I like my little post office. They must have hired a new clerk or 2, because every time I go in, they are kind (not like these 5 year old reviews). Sometimes there is a wait, but never a very long one. I would rather go here than all the way to Camarillo where they are always busy.”
