“Great Sandwiches!!! I went in with no expectations, after all it’s a roadside deli next to a gas station.You fill out your own order form from a table near the door and hand it off at the counter, then wander back through a convenience store area to choose a drink, chips, or candy, which takes you to another counter where you pay. Very casual.I was able to buy a small bottle of local sparkling wine, I know it was lunchtime, but we were in Napa so I felt it a moral imperative.The sandwiches were fresh and stuffed to capacity. The gluten free bread was soft and fresh tasting. (Not dry like gf often is) The accoutrements, like avocados, lettuce, and tomato were cool and fresh.We were both pleasantly surprised.”

“This place is generally pretty good. The only thing that really differentiates the experience at a 711 is the people who run it. The older guy doesn't have much to say, but he's cool, but the real gem of this place is the sweet lady who runs it during the day. She's always got a smile for me and has made things right when they've gone wrong. Without her this is a 3 star location.”
“My favorite gas station in town. Location is great, easy to get in an out of. The prices are some of the best in town. The staff is friend, the store is clean, good selection and THEY HAVE AN ATM (this is important because Juanita Juanita's is across the street and they are cash only)!!! And if you miss this one on your way out of town the same great people are running the 76 station further down the road (and that location has an amazing deli).”
“Noticed my chest pain had been increasing over the past two weeks. I'm on a heart med so I was wondering if something was off with that. Recently started using RiteAid as Pharmaca is out of business. Rite Aid gave me a brand of the med I've never taken. Went to google curious if something was going on with the medication.Ends up the company did a recall on this med months ago, but not on my particular dosage or pill. But still.... I figured if they had issues months ago, chances are much higher on they'd mess up other batches. I've seen strings of that happening in other companies. Besides, how does a company know when a med has a problem? Probably after it's effected a bunch of people.It took a while to call and get a person on the phone and the line was really long, but they were sympathetic and got me a different brand of the same drug. I noticed within about an hour that it was for sure working.They're very understaffed and from what I understand they're working on it. So the lines can be kinda long, but they try to be really efficient. What IS IMPORTANT: they believed me when I said this brand isn't kosher. How often do medical people disbelieve you? Most of the time. But they believed me. And that saves lives.”
“I just want to give Trish, a pharmacy tech, at CVS Sonoma, a virtual hug/shout out/great customer service review. She is always very helpful and knows her job. She is quick to reach out to customers like me with a nice smile and cheerful greeting. She actually tries to be sure you have what you need and I believe she cares. This kind of support and service is what is exactly what I need. I feel cared for and like smiling when I feel like crying.”
