NEVER USE UPS. MULTIPLE THINGS STOLEN FROM MY PACKAGE. Used this location to ship a box of goods and when I received the box it was severely beaten up and had been re-taped. If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD.

The staff at the Sonoma UPS Store have always been friendly and very efficient. I have been a customer there for years. I have had help with many items over the years and, for especially large and heavy items, Kim is the expert and gets the job done!
