I am not a very computer savvy person. The person was extremely helpful and patient with me and did not make me feel “stupid” at all. I felt good when I left the store. The only negative was he didn’t mention anything about a warranty.

12/22/23 Jessica Edward’s was amazing as she juggled multiple three hour long meetings with three customers buying new phones and asking lots and lots of detailed questions. She knew every answer, answering every question with a smile, set up phones, transferred data on multiple phones at one time all while keeping everyone happy as she deftly moved through the process. I was beyond impressed. She deserved $5000 as a Christmas bonus and a huge promotion. She is smart, educated and needs to be given topPriority as an up and coming employee who will be a star player at Victoria. She already is!!!
