“This is an old-fashioned clothing store. I used to shop at places like this when I was a child. It’s got variety, but it’s not overwhelming, like a department store. I always find something that I like: underwear, jeggings, a blouse. They have petite sizes, so I get clothing that fits me. The dressing room is more comfortable than the ones they have at department stores. I visit McCalou’s every 6 weeks or so. I can’t pronounce it, but I love it.”

“I had to return a Christmas sweater that was too tight in the neck (can't do turtlenecks) and the 2 salesladies were very friendly and gave me no pressure. I found a crimson shirt and blue poncho that fit great. Then I walked around the plaza and had lunch at the Red Grape. Great time in Sonoma.”
“Nice thrift store, didn't feel like you were walking into an older folks home. Had a large clothing section and a decent housewares section. Books, movies section kind of small but not bad! Well labeled and pretty fairly priced.”
