There was a small mix-up regarding the location of the mobile visit, I had requested my office instead of my home, but despite the confusion, the Technician Sage handled the situation exceptionally well. I had to rush home, and he was extremely kind, patient, and understanding about the delay. He reassured me that it was no problem at all and maintained a very professional and friendly attitude throughout.

“Mike the owner is always professional and does quality work. Make sure to call in a month to a few weeks ahead as this is one of the few shops that has full competence on working on European vehicles. This makes them pretty busy. They always use OEM parts and adhered to the factory specs and do not cut corners. I have also brought my own aftermarket parts to them before and they have used them without issue. Pricing is better than the dealer but will remain expensive which is just the nature of owning European cars. You also have the benefit of dealing with an honest business rather than a dealer which can be deceptive.
If you care about your car being worked on correctly with people who know what they are doing this is the place.”

“Blew up the radiator in my 1985 300SD on the 108 the first time I really took the car out and gave it the beans. Found myself without tools and no way to fix it. They fixed it in a day and really did their due diligence cleaning and prepping the other parts I asked them to replace or fix. They didn't even attempt to gouge me, which was refreshing.”
