“I came into the Sonora store to trade out my phone I just got a new one and it wasn't working. I was told that this was now an authorized dealer and I would have to drive up and back 3 hours to Modesto to complete this. But an Angel came named Angelica from the Lodi store and made everything right. I was crazy upset and frustrated. 5 minutes from walking out and taking my whole family to At&t. Long story short using her experience and knowledge she was able to get it done. She is a complete saint and did it with a smile even though I was getting mad. She is an amazing employee and saved me as a Customer and saved the company from losing over $900 a month. IM Walking out happy with the phone I want and satisfied as a customer. She is most appreciated. And should be held high as an employee with your company. Her customer service is nothing less than. 120%. I will continue with Verizon because of employees like herself. Angelica thank you so much”

“Cool people work here! I like that they have fresh coffee and those little creamers with caramel macchiato. Great coffee and friendly service. Jamestown is a wonderful little town with great people. Here's another example of great service. I just went to 7-11 today 11/26/2025, around 4:00 a.m. The employee on duty (his name is Fred) and I talked for about 10 minutes. The whole time he's actually working and cleaning as we're talking. That's what I call multitasking I really like this guy's positive energy! The coffee was fresh and hot and so delicious! Much appreciated.”
