“Abigail was amazing, patient, and kind. She helped with setting up my new phone with grace even when the device ended up giving us a hassle and then not working. She explored all options to try get it working, but at the end of the day, the device was the issue.
Abigail was a star, and even when other customers came in, she gave us all equal amounts of her time and was extremely welcoming.”
“Tyler is top notch, He helped me learn how to set up their internet gateway. Even though I don't use T Mobile mobile service...
He is very pleasant fellow and like him alot, he's not pushy, when the time comes for a new phone I know who I will go to...

“I came into the Sonora store to trade out my phone I just got a new one and it wasn't working. I was told that this was now an authorized dealer and I would have to drive up and back 3 hours to Modesto to complete this. But an Angel came named Angelica from the Lodi store and made everything right. I was crazy upset and frustrated. 5 minutes from walking out and taking my whole family to At&t. Long story short using her experience and knowledge she was able to get it done. She is a complete saint and did it with a smile even though I was getting mad. She is an amazing employee and saved me as a Customer and saved the company from losing over $900 a month. IM Walking out happy with the phone I want and satisfied as a customer. She is most appreciated. And should be held high as an employee with your company. Her customer service is nothing less than. 120%. I will continue with Verizon because of employees like herself. Angelica thank you so much”
