“If you bike needs help, go see these guys. I didn't catch the name of either of the guys I interacted with. Doesn't matter they treated me like they've known me and I was a first time customer. Were they owners? I don't know but they took ownership of running that ship today. Went in for a front tire change. Service was fast and customer service was unmatched. Ended up my bearings were due for a change could probably last another tire but why bother the wheel is off and we know a potential problem exists. I wasn't coerced the situation wasn't exaggerated, it was like I found this what's your call? They instantly built a trusting relationship with me. I could tell something was different about my front wheel as of late anyway though I couldn't pin point if it was the tire I needed or possibly brakes. The store is also very clean and organized. Next time I need tires I will not go to Cycle Gear and have We All Ride install. I will just go through this gem tucked away in Soquel. Thanks guys”

“These guys are awesome. They installed adjustable spring plates in my replica Speedster that allow me to dial in my ride height to the millimeter. These cars usually have a horrible stink-bug stance. Knowledgeable and experienced, Librado got it sitting RIGHT. Wish I could give 'em SIX stars.”
