“I purchased a used Chevy Bolt from Gabriel at Aloha Motors in Santa Cruz. It was actually very pleasant and easy to do business with them. I had been talking to 3 or 4 other dealerships and it was your stereotypical used car dealer vibe - very pushy, calling and texting everyday, sometimes downright disrespectful - but with Gabriel at Aloha I did not feel any of that aggressive sales predation. He was very helpful, kind, and mellow. We were able to strike a deal within 15 minutes. Very thankful to Gabriel and Aloha Motors for a stress-free purchase. Highly recommended.”
“Service Manager, Robert Deleon and staff were kind and efficient. I went in for audio problem, but repair had to wait till a component arrived. However, the service crew also noted that my brakes were worn. Despite a busy day, Robert and staff got my brakes done that first visit. Then when the audio part was installed, I called for help with bluetooth. Robert said come in, and he fixed that in minutes. I am ready for a safer winter with new brakes and happy to have audio back. Thank you all.”
“Charlie was incredible. I test drove and purchased my vehicle all on the same day. I felt zero pressure to buy. He educated us on the features of the car, and he worked with his manager to meet us on price. We have a toddler, and Charlie was accommodating with us to meet after hours to finalize the sale so we could both be present to sign the title. After the sale, he went the extra mile to set my phone up to the car for my commute the next day and remind me of all the features. They had a great variety of inventory to choose and at reasonable, competitive prices. I'm super impressed by this little dealership. We are local here and would look to buy from them again in the future.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I had an amazing experience. I worked with Sean who was able to help me get approved with my credit and work out a good number. I went to 5 dealerships in one day test drove about 6 before driving down from SJ to Santa Cruz as someone recommended it. My only regret was not starting here at the beginning of my car shopping. They made it so easy for me to drive off the lot in my dream car! The car was in excellent condition, great price and stress free especially as a woman buying a car. I didn't feel as if I had to have my guard up, Sean was straightforward. No gimmicks, everywhere else I had been to was adding hidden things to the sticker price. Sean gave me a number out the door and it was great! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!”

“while the capitola "mall" feels less of a mall in current day in the past it was filled with brilliant memories and sophisticated charm. i can still envision the memories it has held for me and many others in our formative youth. now i walk the halls in between wetzle pretzel and chilis and have a harder time finding the joy and brightness of this place but i see to it's potential and hope more people can find the quaint ambiance of this humble structure.”
