“I had an exceptional, no-pressure experience with Jeff. I came in to look and ended up trading in my truck for a 2026 Outback.

We showed up on the lot to see the redesigned Outback in person as whim on my way home from the Toyota dealership. Jeff was patient and kind. He took time to show me the cars, and talk through details of what changed with this generation. He was able to explain how the new Outback differs from the new Forester. I’m not new to Subaru, and loved my old ones so was familiar with details and specs of prior generations. Jeff was able to answer my tough questions like exact dimensions of the interior, how much taller/wider it got, what the ground clearance was between different trims, and point out all the details that changed. He did all this even though we were just “looking”. Because of that, he got a sale.

Other dealerships I’ve been to will immediately write you off as soon as you are saying you are just looking — or turn up the pressure tactics. Jeff did neither, and we really appreciate him for that. He made the experience that I usually hate a great one. I’ll be buying my Subarus from here on out.”

“Haven't bought any cars at this dealership but have repeatedly used their service department for my 2018 Tiguan and now 2024 ID4. My recent experience with the 20k service and 91VH software update and addressing a creaking screen has been great.

I've read horror stories about the 91VH software update online where people had their car at dealerships for weeks and some even had their cars bricked. When making the appointment, the service advisor was transparent in sharing that this update is a big one and can take more than a day. They agreed on providing a loaner if it takes more than two days.

When I brought the car in for service I also shared a concern about the infotainment screen creaking and they immediately got their tech to do a test drive with me to confirm what I'm hearing. He confirmed the noise and said they'd see what they can do.

In the end my car was ready for pickup the next morning with a completed software update and a screen that no longer creaked. They had removed the screen and applied anti-rattle material which seems to have eliminated the annoying creaking completely.

“The service team is absolutely AMAZING!! I bought a 24 Dodge with less than 4,000 mi on it and it turned out to be a complete lemon. I didn't buy it from this dealership, but I took it in as it was still under warranty. Rigo and his stuff were absolutely wonderful! They worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue over a 9-month period, and really put everything they had into making sure they could save me from the lemon process. Unfortunately, the car is now in the lemon process but if it wasn't for Rigo and his team, I would most likely be still seeking resolution. They were very transparent about what they were doing, and also very willing to listen to any of my concerns and problems I may have been having with the vehicle. I've never felt more confident, or valued at another dealership and after warranties run out, I usually take my vehicle to a local mom and pops. But these guys have my business! I would definitely use them for repairs as well as normal maintenance on my Dodge even if the warranty were to lapse, just because of their amazing service and how knowledgeable they are. If you're having any issues with any stellantis vehicle, rest assured these guys will figure it out and get it done if it can be. Super friendly stuff from the front desk, to the back of the shop. Santa Cruz Dodge will definitely get my business again. After my first experience with stallantis, I'm a little nervous to go back to the brand. But I absolutely love the car when it ran correctly. Based on the level of the care that I received from the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership, when it's time to look for a replacement, they will definitely be at the top of my list in finding a new vehicle.
