“I had an exceptional, no-pressure experience with Jeff. I came in to look and ended up trading in my truck for a 2026 Outback.
We showed up on the lot to see the redesigned Outback in person as whim on my way home from the Toyota dealership. Jeff was patient and kind. He took time to show me the cars, and talk through details of what changed with this generation. He was able to explain how the new Outback differs from the new Forester. I’m not new to Subaru, and loved my old ones so was familiar with details and specs of prior generations. Jeff was able to answer my tough questions like exact dimensions of the interior, how much taller/wider it got, what the ground clearance was between different trims, and point out all the details that changed. He did all this even though we were just “looking”. Because of that, he got a sale.
Other dealerships I’ve been to will immediately write you off as soon as you are saying you are just looking — or turn up the pressure tactics. Jeff did neither, and we really appreciate him for that. He made the experience that I usually hate a great one. I’ll be buying my Subarus from here on out.”

“The guys at AA Auto Body Shop know what to do, and do a great job! The door of my VPG MV-1 van got pulled out of my hand by a heavy wind gust! It dented the front quarter panel and bent my hinges 🤦🏼♀. I called Brian at AA Auto Body, he told me to come by the next day! They looked over my damage and discussed the options and gave me a quote- and in the meantime they spooned out my dent and fixed the door so I was able to use it and it looked good again too! I thought it was going to be a crazy expensive fix, turns out it was just a dirty sail switch. They cleaned it up, called me promptly the next day, and didn’t even charge me. They were very knowledgeable in giving me a run down of what had happened and gave me great advice to prevent it in the future.
