Gus the store manager quoted me a price on repairing my pneumatic nail gun and told me that if it exceeded a certain amount that he would give me a call. Three days later my gun was ready the price to repair was less than he quoted me which I thought was reasonable to begin with 1st experience with Fas N Go then I purchased a top of the line air compressor Gus went out of his way to get me the best deal he could. I new what I wanted and did some research all said and done Fas N Go saved me approximately $100 dollars. THANK YOU Fas N Go”

“12/17/23 We've been putting off installing our mailbox long enough ...until the post office tacked on a notice on our front door to do so. Here we are at this massive store & luckily we were directed by an employee to aisle 20 and BAM! Within minutes Hubby & I decided on one that can be mounted by our gate instep of having it mounted on the wall by our front door. Hubby says he had his drill set ready to go, all charged up. Yup, one day at a time, one item at a time. Hubby preferred this Home Depot location over the one in Montclair-it's rated better & it's bigger. The only negative is that it's in a heavily populated plaza-it gets crazy with the parking situation esp during peak times like weekends. We got lucky this time, we were in & out in record time (only coz we knew what we wanted, got it & paid at the self service check out). No muss no fuss-one & done”

“Melessia, Home Depot Assistant Manager at 1919 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 helped us last night 12/29/23 at 8:05pm. She was the closing manager and we were there to buy some clearance items that she helped us with. The Issue was that they were the last 2 rocking chairs in the garden department but they had mold all over them and they were broken. She marked them down since they needed to be repaired and repainted which made it a value for us. I figured we could repair them and sand and repaint them. The store was closing at 9am and we were not sure if we would be able to fit both of them in our car. Melessia offered to meet us after 9pm so we could pick up the 2nd chair if they both didn't fit. She was such a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service skills! We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate her! We were able to fit both chairs in our car after all!”

Also, you need to understand business like lead time and if there is a limit/minimum on some material. Also, if it's a special order, don't expect to make any modifications last minute because it's a special order. So, really know what you need/want because it's on you. This building material sells quality material and they have indoor shopping area as well.”
