Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!”

“This is my first time purchasing anything from Howards and I'm glad I did. I purchased a washer and dryer over the phone with Basma and I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendly disposition. Basma made sure I was able to contact her at anytime on the day of delivery in case I had an issue. I actually did have an issue regarding installation and she offered me fantastic customer service. Howard's is now my first choice when it comes to appliances and tv purchases. When prices are apples to apples, I'm going with the best customer service quality.”

My sewing machine was acting up and she helped me by explaining where the problem was coming from and how to rectify it so I could avoid having issues in the future. I truly appreciate that! “I was in search of a Speed Queen classic washing machine and dryer and couldn't find anything in stock in my local appliance stores. I almost gave up but figured I'd give Azusa Sales a try even though they are like 30 miles away from me. The sales rep Autrey knew exactly what I was looking for. I was able to make the purchase over the phone and they even delivered to my home in Downey the next day as promised free of charge.The delivery guys removed my old units and installed my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. They were very professional and courteous. The sale, delivery and installation were quick and easy.”
“I ordered the wrong cable for my generator on Amazon in 2021. We found out we were going to experience a scheduled power outage overnight on 04/14/23. While we were setting up the generator to use for the first time, we noticed I had purchased the wrong cable. I figured that I would be out of luck because of the amount of time that had passed. I called Paul and explained the situation he said I was close by his shop and he would bring me the correct cable. What a genuine and caring person Paul is, we are truly grateful for his tremendous customer service.”

“We needed some new bathroom fixtures for tub and sink. I decided to call, send someone some pics of what we had and let them do the work and find something similar. Aminata answered that call and went above and beyond! She found options that were similar as a good starting point. She then walked us around the showroom and we found that we liked other styles. She went with the flow and helped find fixtures that would work with our setup - 4 hole vs 5 hole Roman tub. It's not cheap and neither was our first set. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the first set.”

“I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“I recently visited the Alhambra Howard's Location to view laundry sets as advertised on ads. I had a pleasant experience with the help from Edward (Assistant Store Manager). It was really great experience and the last time I went to buy appliances was from Sears. I would recommend coming by Howard's and asking Edward for help on finding your next appliance. Edward knows all the functions and features of every appliance. I let Edward know any spacing issues with my appliances and he was able to provide great advice. “Let me tell you I was skeptical about the OfferUp ad at first thought they’d tell me later it be more so I asked a few questions and I was going to finance which was still a good deal. I talked to Brian which was a pleasure to do business with since the very beginning, I striked a huge deal on this set and including 35mile delivery to me, I went in person and lemme tell you it was worth the drive! You’ll be amazed at their selection and willingness to negotiate. They also haul and install for a small fee! I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about appliances or if I ever need anymore stuff! Can’t wait til their El Monte location gets more stuff in! Come here don’t think about it!”
