Specifically with Steve. Long story short, my older iPhone needed the battery to be changed and Apple recommended me go to Best Buy to service it.
I would have to drop off my phone for 3 days before I had a working phone.
I shopped around and called iFixForU. Steve told me to come on in and he’d fix it in 15 minutes and for $15 less than Best Buy would charge.
I’m coming here for any electronic repairs for now on.”

Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us.
