“I visited this branch for the first time, and since my business was relatively straightforward, I didn't make an appointment. There was no guiding staff, and there were only two tellers and one banker. While waiting in the lobby, a teller from the middle window approached and asked if he could assist me. The teller who helped me was truly efficient, handling the task quickly, and displayed courtesy and friendliness. He is an excellent employee.With the limited staff and what could have been a less efficient bank, this employee turned the experience around and left me with a very positive impression. Thank you.”

“All in going to say is THANK U. I was able to pay for my dogs surgery, thanks to these fine people at this branch. I came in crying because a different branch straight out told me I couldn't withdraw my own money from my CD account to pay for his surgery. And I was a mess accepting the fact that he would die because that other branch straight out told me I couldn't take my own money. But thank you south gate branch. My baby is home now recuperating and I couldmt be more Thankful for you all. I don't know how else to Thank you for assisting me in this already horrible, painful day I was going through. “Been a member since 2014. I used to go to the Downey location and now this branch is conveniently closer. The staff is very friendly and professional. So happy and satisfied with their service. On New Year’s Eve we had a long list of tasks to complete as we had just purchased a car. Alejandro helped my husband and I patiently with getting a cashiers check and a transfer. He made it so much easier that what we planned. Also, that same day my husband was helped by Carlos to switch his account to a school employee account. Also, Amado helped us out too with finding the right insurance a few days later. We are so pleased with this branch. Thank you!”
