“I have an old heated vest and I couldn't find the charging cord. So I contacted customer service and with some pictures of the battery I was able to find a cord. Leslie did say that the battery is over 10 years, so it might not hold a charge. But I could buy a new battery that uses the new cord. Thank you Leslie.”

“This is in praise of Brandon at KM Supplies.After being introduced to an amazingly therapeutic and nice feeling infrared lamp at Yo San University Clinic, I wanted to purchase one for my brother. I took down the model number and down the internet rabbit hole I went, searching.The brand, Wonhyo, is a Korean brand that makes specialized infrared and heat lamps for acupuncture, medical, and home use. Precious few internet and brick-and-mortar stores carry or import this brand in the States. When they do, they appear sold out. KM Supplies is one of two vendors, possibly in the nation, that carry Wonhyos.I called Brandon on a Monday, hoping they might have the Wonhyo Solmed IRH-3100 or IRH-3100D. Having worked retail, I was hopeful they had one in inventory, unlisted.Brandon went above and beyond to help me. He offered to contact Wonhyo in Korea to have them air ship one directly to my brother. (KM Supplies weren't going to receive their own bulk shipment until over a month.) Mind you, with the pandemic there's been customs issues and other shipping delays / cancellations for imported goods. KM Supplies is affected by all this, yet they go through the pains of importing Wonhyos. And believe me, Wonhyos work and they're great.Brandon remembered that there was one IRH-3100D that Wonhyo had sent by accident. After negotiating with other customers who also wanted that unit, he was able to offer it to me (!), and got it shipped out to my brother the same day.I appreciated Brandon taking on the urgency that I felt for my brother, who is sleeping in a room with poor insulation. I wanted my brother to feel some comfort during a tough time in his life.Based on my interactions with Brandon, I can vouch that KM Supplies is a professional, responsive, and compassionate business. Their curation of products are excellent, and their website and pricing gave me confidence compared to other vendors. Brandon also gave me further explanation about the model I purchased, its advantages for home use, and assured me that my brother and I could call him if we had any operating questions.I hope to go to their brick and mortar store on Crenshaw and thank them in person one of these days.
