“I have an old heated vest and I couldn't find the charging cord. So I contacted customer service and with some pictures of the battery I was able to find a cord. Leslie did say that the battery is over 10 years, so it might not hold a charge. But I could buy a new battery that uses the new cord. Thank you Leslie.”
“You get to talk to an actual live person which is great. He helped me track down the exact Ossur brace I needed. My brace arrived in under a week via UPS brand new and perfect. These guys are legitimate and I would absolutely use them again.Update: I realized I needed one size smaller. Completely my fault as I had read the fit guide incorrectly. “I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. I'm sure there are medical supply places in Long Beach, but I'm completely satisfied with this place. woman who does my hair suggested this store. I would recommend this place to others. Very impressed and satisfied.”
“Needed to rent a wheelchair for a month or two because of my knee surgery at a reasonable price. Alfredo had my chair ready and even added an extended right leg rest. He also showed me how to operate all the adjustments. The store is very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend!”

They provide reminder texts/phone calls to let you know when your prescriptions are ready for pick up and the staff/pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful to any and all questions. “I love this pharmacy, it's a hidden gem in the 'hood. The strip mall location is a little suspect but once I decided to enter, I felt comfortable in that space. Parking is not an issue. The pharmacy techs are helpful and friendly. The pharmacist are knowledgeable and available. The pharmacist cares for his clients, explains pros and cons and answers questions factually. The pharmacy cares for the community and provides free and low cost birth control. My choice for vaccinations when my provider is unavailable.”

“I have been a V-Meds consumer for 50 weeks now. Honestly, after having been a smoker for nearly 30 years, I didn't think I would ever find something as equally satisfying as inhaling nicotine and carcinogens.... yeah... that sounds ridiculous and looks even worse as I proof read.
