Diane, the owner, has curated a wonderful collection of jewelry, art prints, cards and fun gifts for virtually any occasion. Despite this shop's relatively small size, it is packed with goodies. My go-to is always the card section, where I invariably find a card for an upcoming birthday or, even better, the perfect card for a friend who could use a pick-me-up or a good laugh. My stationary drawer is packed with Retreat cards that I've got on the ready and I am very grateful. There is a great range of options in terms of price. You can find very fun patches and charms for around ten dollars. If you are looking a bit higher-end, there is a lovely collection of jewelry: but you are definitely paying for quality work that will be appreciated. Diane and the various employees are invariably friendly and eager to help you find something perfect for your friend or family.”

“I first went here to have my engagement ring repaired in between traveling for work (the center stone was getting loose). They treated me well and were easy to reach and were very upfront with the cost and what they would do for the repair. I got my ring back and realized my center stone still rotated within the basket the night after I got it back. I reached out to them the next day for either another repair or fix but wasn’t able to get back to the shop for about 4 months and was ready to pay for another repair. Once I was able to come in, not only were they quick to respond, but they did not charge me a dime for the finished repair. They didn’t question me once about the time between the fix and second repair and made sure my ring was in great condition upon returning. My ring is fixed to satisfaction now and I have happily found my home jewelry shop because of their professionalism and customer service. They also have very nice vintage jewelry for sale that is great quality. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your jewelry needs and will be returning indefinitely for my own.”
