“honestly one of the best places Ive been to in a while. from the second you walk in the person at the front desk was just so nice and helpful and actually seemed to care about what I needed. the space itself is clean and well laid out which matters a LOT for storage you know. felt totally safe leaving my stuff there which is honestly half the battle. Definitely planning on coming back when I need to stash more things. This is the kind of spot that makes you rethink using a random garage or something.”

“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional. I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off. I’m super happy with the move and the service!”

“This is not my actual account site but where I pay my monthly statement due to proximity. The gentleman attendant has not only been the upmost professional but nothing less than a total blessing for me. He managed to successfully petition an $80 discount of my rent as well as 2 late fee waivers over the past 18 months. I couldn’t say how invaluable that is to someone like myself on a fixed income. This man of pure integrity absolutely deserves a raise!!”

“I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage solely due to the amazing, attentive, and personable customer service experience from the manager, Stefany. I accidentally dropped my key in the elevator shaft which was an extremely stressful situation and Stefany easily talked me through my options which calmed me down, and put a rush on the process because I expressed concern for my moving timeline. I had an extremely tumultuous moving experience and Stefany made a crucial part so much easier I cannot thank her enough! Stefany had an answer for everything and went above and beyond to be helpful. Itzel also helped me have a smooth move out process, even on her first day back from maternity leave! I highly recommend public storage due to my outstanding experience with this location's staff.”

“I have been a customer at this Public Storage location for the past two years, and I honestly haven’t had a single bad experience. The facility has consistently been clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are stored in a safe environment. I especially want to recognize Sipi for her exceptional customer service. She is always helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude truly stand out. After two years of being a customer, I can confidently say this location deserves five stars. “These guys came recommended for an inter-state move from the local mom and pop shop. Stellar job, packed up the whole house, put it on a truck, and it arrived 2 weeks later. Split the load between the new/temporary furnished home and the storage unit. Would definitely use again. Nothing broken in 200+ boxes.”

“Chad was helpful and let me see the unit before committing to the size, it turned out I did need a slightly bigger unit for my move, but he was great in getting everything sorted. It is a busy location so expect delays with the elevator during peak hours. Otherwise I like the space and it’s well ventilated.”
