“I've been having heel and knee pain and my usual shoes, OnCloud and Hokas, weren't cutting it anymore. I found myself at Lucha's trying clogs, but that didn't work out. Ava was super patient and knowledgeable as I went thru a stack of shoe boxes. I ended up with my first pair of Birkenstocks. I could have gotten them cheaper somewhere else, but would I have got the undivided attention of a salesperson for 20-30 minutes? Would another salesperson have answered all my questions so patiently. Of course not. Sometimes it's not just the product you pay for, but the service of getting the product.”
