“Cesar is absolutely the most talented person you could find when it comes to building up shoes! I need an almost 2" buildup on my left shoe - have been for the past 5 1/2 decades - in Europe and all over the US. Before finding Cesar, my shoes had to be leather soles or absolutely flat rubber - that's no longer a factor! Cesar is able to build up any kind of shoe - which means I don't have to wear expensive and/or ugly shoes any longer. And, I have to add, not only is Cesar technically the best ever, but he is also so very kind, listens, responds and provides the greatest service ever!”

I also looked at some sneakers and bought socks. It makes a difference to see shoes in person so will be coming back. They have parking in underground structure which is validated. I've ordered from them at least twice, maybe 3 times. They have some great jerseys and discounts on jerseys from previous years. And I just took advantage of a $50 off when you spend $200 so picked up a newer jersey and customized jersey at discounted prices. “Been going to this store since it opened. The staff is always helpful and polite. And Anthropology is of course the best. Plus the recent brand additions and designer collabs have brought a fantastic catalogue of styles.
For this location the best parking option is at One Colorado structure but it can be pricey so the structures on the other side of Colorado blvd are better options.”
“Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”

Their positive attitudes made the entire shopping process easy and stress free.
Beyond their outstanding customer service, I was also very impressed by the quick and efficient service. I never felt rushed, and yet everything moved along seamlessly.
