“I was recommended to this store by Dr.DeLaCruz after my visit with him for my running injury upon my inquiry for a good store to get running shoes. I've never been to a specialized running store to do a gait analysis or a shoe fitting for that matter, I always assumed I knew my own foot. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I stepped in, Michelle took the reigns and let me tell you, she is an expert! I waited to do this review because honestly I wasn't quite convinced with the shoe Michelle recommended for me. It felt comfortable but it was different from what I have always worn. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus forever and that felt comfortable for me because that's what I have been use to BUT my body has been suffering injuries left and right. Foot numbness, plantar fasciitis, and more recently a bad strain. Michelle explained what I may need based problems and preferences I explained to her and also the results of my gait analysis and found the perfect shoe for me. I have been wearing them for about two weeks now and my foot loves this shoe! No numbness, lots of roomy space but still gripping my foot and my arch is supported in a way I enjoy and didn't realize I needed. Strangest part of this whole process is I have been wearing a 6.5 shoe and never knew I have one smaller foot and one larger one I need a 7.5 to avoid all above mentioned problems. I learned so much about my foot. Wearing my Pegasus now feels so strange, so tight and lacking support. I feel as if I have a better gait now and I am excited to come back in a few months once my injury heals to do a new gait analysis and get a new pair of shoes. I almost gave up and am SO GLAD I walked into allbirds! Teddy was so helpful and kind without being pushy about it and his passion and knowledge about the products really shows.It’s also amazing how sustainable these are - the transparency about the products used in manufacturing and information about the carbon footprint is not something many clothing shops offer!”

He was knowledgeable and courteous, explaining and answering my questions. The boots fit perfectly and were comfortable. He recommended inserts which I purchased, making them even more so. “The shoes are great. They help you try on shoe with stocking, no bare feet allowed, which is good.But from one of the younger sales has a attitude problem. Seems like she either doesn't want to work there or hates the customers. She was quite rude by the way she talked and asked questions.Overall, the store is great, just not the young lady.”

“I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to Laura at the Pasadena Rothy's store. Yesterday, I visited a Rothy's store for the first time. Laura was so helpful and expertly answered all of my questions and pointed out the benefits of the shoe I was interested in, the Point II. She even went out of her way to check on whether or not I could still use the $20 off I subscribed for on the Rothy's website towards my purchase. I really appreciated that because it had been more than a month since I subscribed. I was able to purchase the shoe I wanted with the discount. I really appreciated Laura's kind assistance. This was a great experience. I will definitely be back to the Pasadena store. This was a Five-star experience for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Thanks Laura!P.S. I noticed a One-star review posted by a visitor who took issue with no one offering assistance while they were browsing. Personally, I loved that my sister & I could actually take our time browsing around the store without interruption by a sales associate until we were ready. Sometimes people just want to browse w/o making a purchase. I often do this. Yes, there were sales associates present when we were there but they respected our space & assisted only when we were ready. Now that is what I call great customer service! It truly made our shopping experience exceptional! Thanks guys!”

“A very low key Macy's to get some shopping done but does the job with merchandise. Multiple parking (both street & structures) around which is a huge plus. We came here to get a watch that was only available at this location & had it resized on the spot. Enoch was so helpful! He didn't hesitate to price match the item from the online website with our in store purchase. What we loved most though was how patient he was in removing links for my bf's watch. Every time he tried it on & Enoch had to remove more, he still had the sweetest and funniest attitude plus had no problem in doing so. We really did make him work lol so shout out to him for his impeccable customer service alone for making us wanting to come back next time for all our Macy's shopping needs!”

“Anthropologie is not an inexpensive place to buy nearly anything; HOWEVER, end of year sales are stupendous, as are all their "sales", & the remarkable variation of home products, as an example, will not be found anywhere else; i.e., extremely unique, bordering on remarkable. In addition, the quality of their products - clothing as well as soaps, candles, and an enormous number of other household decorative items like candlesticks, placemats, etc. etc. are very well-made.I recommend all women to occasionally stop in to their Old Town Pasadena store and have a look, then again and again. “Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
