They have repaired my 2015 Acura RDX, my husbands 2020 Chevy Silvardo, his brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor and my sons 2023 Toyota Forerunner last week. Fortunately they have been outstanding! It is an understatement to rate 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. No one wants to utilize a body shop but if necessary as I stated this is the place. I tend to be picky or rather have high standards and I have never been disappointed. In addition to their superb workmanship they are so friendly and explain thoroughly the process. “I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I got into an accident on September 3rd, and with everything else going on in my life, dealing with my car was just another added stress. From the moment I walked in, though, everyone made the entire process so much easier.
The person at the front desk, I believe her name was Camilla, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I didn’t know much about how insurance or the repair process worked, and she really took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her. She made me feel comfortable and like they genuinely cared about helping me.
I also didn’t realize I was supposed to leave my car there the same day as the inspection, and they even gave me a ride home, which I really appreciated. Juan also took the time to go over everything with me before I left my car, explained what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my car.
I picked up my car today and was honestly AMAZED. They went above and beyond. The quality of the work was incredible, and my car genuinely feels like a brand-new car. I was already hoping it would look good after the repairs, but they completely exceeded my expectations.
What stood out to me just as much as the quality of their work was their customer service. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, helpful, and supportive during what could have been a really stressful experience. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the people they’re helping.
