The airport shuttle service can be unreliable, sometimes leaving early or not arriving, which has caused inconvenience, including waiting in the cold or needing to book Uber at extra cost. Some guests found the proximity to the airport noisy due to jets overhead. A notable concern is the room’s AC filter, which was very dusty and had to be cleaned by guests themselves, despite the room being sanitized. Had such a great stay here. Our previous reservation at Travelodge down the road had been cancelled without our knowledge as they were overbooked. So when we arrived at 1am, it was such a relief to deal with Alberto at Best Western. He took such good care of us, I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to get sleep before a morning flight. Jets are loud flying by if you are not a heavy sleeper. I recommend earplugs or another way to drown out the flying planes going by

First time at this hotel near San Francisco Airport. Bianca was a very nice, patient and very courteous employee at the front desk when we arrived. I would stay here again.
