“You have a computer problem? They will fix it.I spilled water on my laptop and bought it in to see if there was anything recoverable on it. This is a month after the spillage. My expectations were low (a mean, a whole month had gone by) but somehow, allll my data was recovered. All of it. All my thousands and thousands of pictures I take but do nothing with, old college papers, word documents, everything. I have no words. I mean, I know to go back up my stuff so this won't happen again but if anything ever does, I know where to go.”

“Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he's built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there! This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome... maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there's no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects. Thanks for everything central computer, I have yet to have a bad experience in all these years. Cheers!”

“I've been using a mouse connected to a multi-pronged usb thingy on my Mac due to bad track-pad. The mouse would stop working on and off. Very frustrating. Yesterday, stopped by to find out cost of replacing bad trach-pad they explained around $300. One of the women working there came up with much less expensive fix $5. !!! Yup. Very, very helpful. Instead of this multi-pronged thing I was using she said try this single usb connection. And so far, so good. Thanks Actnet!”

Even better than the big box store repair shop. He is very knowledgeable about what's going on with laptops and computers. Even what I needed to get it running better than when it was new. For the best repairs and price ever check out Cosmo computer servic.”

“Recently came into the shop, Azam was incredibly helpful. He gave me the asking price for my MacBook. Additionally, he has a very nice personality. I would highly recommend this location for computer services. Process was very smooth as well, which made me a happy camper. I think it's worth noting that there is an incredible doggie at the shop as well, and she came to check on me too. Ciao!”

“A great place for all my electronic needs. They always have the best prices on the apple products. This time the I watch was acquired at a holiday price. Great staff and one of the last brick and mortars that still have products to see and try before you buy.”

“Favorite store, but the staff are absolutely horrible. They don't want to help. When you finally get service, they don't know anything, and everything is top dollar. Cool products, though”
