“The Manager Miguel is an excellent example of great customer service. There was a fake account created under my name. And I was extremely stressed out and been to multiple stores in San Francisco and in the Daly City. Miguel was the only manager among all who helped me, he shared his phone no. and always answered my calls text and any questions I had. He went beyond and above to help me, even the customer service didn’t help enough to solve the problem. I really Thank him for not only helping solving the issue but also standing for what is right. He is a great asset for AT&T. Other stores staff, manager and customer service should learn from him.”
“Oh, man am I glad these guys came to town. They were everything for me that the guys at T-Mobile up the street failed to be. I got to drop my phone bill from $70/month to $30, and get my Moto Stylus thrown in for just a little more, and oh man did I need that break!
They put their Lifeline association right out front, so everyone on foodstamps or GA and so on are gonna get hit with some STEEEP discounts! I couldn't get the smile off my face when I found out what I was gonna pay!
Gonna see how the service serves me for a few months before I comment on it, but the Storefront Manner is the BEST!”

“Me and my finance went to the Verizon located in Millbrae I believe it’s a 3rd party of Verizon however they were not pleasant or helpful at all so we decided to come to one of the actual Corporate stores located here in South San Francisco and their was definitely a difference in how we were taken care of.
