Dedicated group of instructors and a very positive vibe amongst the regulars. They will get you excited to get in shape. I'm very appreciative of this place.

I love OTF South City! The coaches are so motivating. The staff is very kind and caring. They know all the members name and really care about their business. It is a great feeling!

Nice, clean facility with plenty of easy parking. You can't beat the front desk staff! Everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming.
