I always go here to send stuff out. Filipino lady was very nice and patient. No naggy, long-nailed, sassy, ratchet behind the desk, unlike other govt jobs, such as the DMV or those who work for the state.

Usually crowded but not at 4:30pm the day I was there - there were 2 clerks and I got quick service
