“If you’re looking for a great place to live, you HAVE to meet Claudia at Vive Luxe! She helped us find the perfect apartment and even got us the perfect storage unit close to us.
It really shows that Claudia loves her job. Even with all the craziness – like a pesky, unkillable super fly, moving leasing offices, and some major computer issues – Claudia stayed super happy and got everything done with a big smile.

“Vista Bonita apartments.. Great place to live! Lush garden like setting with lots of on site amenities, Directly across from a popular 3 mile loop hiking trail and golf course. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 laundry rooms, and 2 modern gym areas! For a legacy structure, the units are well built , and very well maintained. There are tenant appreciation events like BBQs, potlucks and movie nights, many fully sponsored. Attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness to any concerns, leaves no doubt.. we loyal tenants are valued by Jensen properties (now "Uplift Properties", btw). Seems like they are always working on some improvement project around here, upgrading, maintaining and beautifying things. If/when you do have any issues at all.. Dawn, the awesome, dedicated on-site property manager is on it! IF you can ever catch a (rare) vacancy here, I suggest you grab it.”

She made the daunting process of finding a place to live very easy. Upon move-in, both her and Jessica have been nothing but professional. The apartment itself is large, clean, comes with parking, safe and has a pool!”

“Previous one star review is just someone who believes they are entitled. I’ve never had an issue with gates, not once. The office has never not been helpful. Oh, and you didn’t have water for a part of the day? That’s called living in an apartment complex, it has only happend once here. Everywhere I’ve lived previously we would lose water at least 2 times a month. Also, if you don’t think your rent will increase after 12 years then maybe you should figure out how inflation works.”
“When my refrigerator broke I thought I would have to wait weeks to get it fixed. Luckily the maintenace guy came by the next day and was able to get my refrigerator working again before my food spoiled. I had just went grocery shopping so I was super happy to not lose all that food I spent money on.”

“I just wanted to take a minute and share what a great experience we have had with Woodbridge Apts up to this point- especially with LIZ who has been our point of contact. Moving is hard enough, it's the worst actually- and my son and his little girl recently moved into a cute little 2 bedroom, 2bath with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The apt is cute- only bad part is the kitchen. It's SUPER outdated - they have done no upgrades in what seems to be 20+years. But we could move passed that because the rest of the apt and the complex itself is great! Liz - from the rental office - has been timely, friendly, helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot when it has come to any questions or anything we needed. She's been great! Looking forward to a great experience moving forward - and if your interested ask for Liz!”
