“The repairman was on time, knowledgeable and experienced.Even worked on Sunday which was appreciated. A part had to be replaced unfortunately, but he even had the piece in his truck and it was much cheaper than buying a new dryer. Got it all done in under an hour. Great service, reasonable price and a nice warranty of 90 days.Will use them again.”

However, Mya and the district manager exceeded expectations the day before Thanksgiving. “Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why.I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores.Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products.Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”

“This store rocks! Great plumbing advice. We took in a plumbing part that disintegrated in my hand. He Identified the disintegrated part and got it for us. Plus other stuff we needed for the fix. When we got home it was that easy. It was that easy! 5 stars”

“First time I used their curbside pick up and the experience was horrible. Followed all the prompts via the app and waited for ten minutes before I went inside to see what was going on and all I got were excuses. The end result was once the order was finally pulled, palletized and loaded into my truck 40 minutes had elapsed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole process of ordering online and messaging system to save time. The second time around was 180 degrees different! I didn't even have time to lower my tailgate before someone came out to greet me and direct me to where my truck would be loaded! Forklift was ready and waiting. Awesome experience and never had a problem with the staff just the process.”

“I had the best experience here (6/23/2024). The air-condition went out at my girlfriends home during the hottest week of the year. Our main concern was for grandma's health and wellbeing, so we quickly needed accessories for the portable AC units. With minutes before the store closed and doors closing, the manager gave grace and allowed me to shop for the items i needed. The entire team was very professional and friendly. Thank you! ? ?”
