Management is just insanely off the hook and always nice, Dee, Nick, Miguel, Mike, Etc. are always there to help and whenever I want extra hours, they hook it up! I also work part time as a EMT on a Paramedic rig (AMR), and they always are flexible with my schedule! If you're an ADRENALINE JUNKIE and love working hard, you'll love it here. All your partners are very nice, and it's VERY easy to get along with your fellow partners. If you're new here, you won't feel left out, we love seeing people join our team. “I love it. I'm a business owner of a cleaning company and there were like few times when my equipment got broken, so you need to find the way out, cause you can not let your customers down. They don't care what kind of problem you've got, they just need the job to get done and that is it. So I used the Home depot's renting equipment and it runs great. Affordable, reasonable price. The provided equipment is clean and ready to use. 15 minutes in the store and you've got your equipment. Just let you know that they've also got some construction tools, and much more.”
“The is a great hardware store. The variety of paints , plants, plumbing equipment, power tools, light fixtures, lawn equipment, and home appliances are endless. The wood department is amazing, and they cut all wood any size needed. Also , the return policy is fast, friendly, and easy.”

“I usually go to Genesee Home Depot and they are always really fast with curbside pickup but unfortunately they didn’t have my items. I did curbside pickup here after waiting 15 minutes and no one coming I finally went into the store to wait in the long line. Then the associate tried to give me my order without an item saying it wasn’t included in the order even after I showed her my email receipt. I’d rather pay for shipping than come here again.***** Update. Several staff from HD contacted me after my review to apologize for my experience and offered us a discount. Today Cory, the manager at HD and Allie, a HD employee made a surprise visit to our house and hand delivered to our house a welcome HD bucket with a bunch of HD goodies and a toy for my kiddos! I wish I’d taken a picture to post. Hands down, Cory and his team are AMAZING, they truly go the extra mile (or 15 in my case) when things don’t go as planned with the customer experience.”

“Appliance Depot was a lifesaver when the steam valve stuck on my five-year-old stacked Electrolux dryer and wouldn't turn off, even when the machine was turned off. I had to turn the water off to my house or otherwise the dryer would fill with water and flood my house. I had originally purchased it from Apex Appliance, but they did not have the same model nor one that would be compatible with my existing washer, so I was ready to settle for a lower quality Whirlpool washer/set that fit the measurement requirements. After hours on the phone with them and their third-party installers to arrange having them installed quickly so I could turn my water back on, I called Appliance Depot after seeing their excellent ratings and they happened to have a similar model Electrolux dryer (albeit a different color and slightly scratched/dented) in stock and would be able to deliver and install it the very next morning. Gaby was so helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful over the phone, and their installers, Marco and Jorge, were also very friendly, careful and thorough. Not only do I have the water to my house back, I also saved a considerable amount of money not having to buy both a new washer and dryer! It was an all-around pleasant experience dealing with Appliance Depot and I will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why.I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores.Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products.Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”

“We bought a washer and dryer set + a dishwasher about a year ago. They were exactly what we needed and at a good price. I was really impressed at the speed in which they were able to coordinate delivery and installation. Also - the dishwasher set-up in our house didn't turn out to be as easy as we thought it would be. Quality Appliances went over and above to help us figure it out. They also came out a year later (a few weeks ago) to check on a problem we had. We thought that maybe the dishwasher was broken, but it turned out to be an electrical problem in the house and not at all related to the dishwasher. Once again, Quality Appliances went above expectations to help us solve the problem and provided great advice and assistance along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend buying appliances here, especially if you rent your home and are looking for good value and great service.”

“We found a great Christmas tree at Home Depot. Service from the guys working the tree area was superb. The guy cut the trunk so it was straight and trimmed the bottom branches. He put it ito the orange netting and even offered to load it for us. No need, I was perfectly capable of tossing it into the back of the pick-up. They had Noble firs and Douglas firs that I saw in a variety of sizes. We scored a 6'-7' foot Douglas for $54.98.”
