“Wow wow wow I just wanna say how amazing Berenice and Ana were.
Berenice was so helpful and the place was very clean. She was cleaning and picking up everywhere. I had a stain on my comforter that I couldn’t get out and Berenice asked Ana to help me, Ana helped immediately with a smile on her face. She is the queen of getting stains out and both women are genuinely so nice. I will come back to this place because of how helpful and sweet they were. Thank you Berenice and Ana!!!”

“I've always found the staff to be friendly. I use their washing service for comforters and heavy blankets. Its always helpful to tell them what works good for your items. For example; heavy blankets, low dry for longer. I learned the tennis ball system when drying large bulky items. It helps tremendously dry items evenly. Also tell them what size, (twin, queen, etc), so they know what to properly charge you. Always clean and safe. Been going there for 10 years.”
“I recently had the greatest experience at Mrs. Best Alteration & Cleaners! When my favorite pair of pants got a tear, another cleaner said they were irreparable. I headed around the corner to Mrs. Best where her mom swooped in and fixed my pants up in less than 5 minutes! They're not just for formal dress alterations—they handle all sorts of clothing repairs super fast! Mrs. Best Alteration & Cleaners is definitely the spot to go for speedy and reliable fixes! “I had an outstanding experience with Advantage Cleaners in Rancho San Diego that truly exemplified exceptional customer service. On a Saturday, with an important event just a couple hours away, I found myself in desperate need of getting my very wrinkled tie steam pressed. After three other local shops turned me away due to their boilers being off, I called Advantage Cleaners as a last resort. To my surprise, the owner, Saeem, offered to turn his boiler back on just for me, asking for only a 10-15 minute wait for the water to heat up. I dropped off my tie and, true to his word, waited only 15 minutes before it was returned to me looking brand new. When I attempted to pay for the service, Saeem insisted that it was on the house, simply wanting to ensure I had a nice tie for my event. This level of hospitality is rare and commendable, and every retail shop should take notes. From now on, Advantage Cleaners is my go-to for all cleaning needs. “A lot of machines! Some of them are in need of repair but there are usually enough for everyone. Don't care for the music but it's not loud or have vulgar lyrics so ok. One quarter only gives 4 minutes on a dryer but they work well! The people working there are nice and friendly.”

“I feel very comfortable doing laundry here. The attendants are helpful and it's great for when you need to do a large load like bedding or quilts. I also feel comfortable to leave my laundry and not feel like someone will steal it. Free wifi and the back patio is nice enough if you feel inclined to wait. Also, never terribly busy and normal people doing laundry.”

“I had bags and bags of linens needing to be cleaned, for our short term rentals. The were were ready the next day - but most importantly, Julie did such a great job! She let me know of any stains that were suspect and had them packaged up so nicely. Yesenia was so lovely when I came to pick them up. This was my first time and I was so impressed w/ the facility as a whole - super clean and abundant large washers! TY Julie and Yesenia!”

“I started going to this laundromat about a month ago. My first impression was positive, it's clean, and the staff is friendly ?. Unfortunately, I started to find some inconveniences that have cost me time and money ?. I use hot water temperature to wash all my clothes, which I understand that it has an extra charge, and that's something I'm willing to pay. These are the problems ?: the start button you have to push in some of the washer machines are too sensitive and sometimes, it changes the set when you push (hot to quick wash, etc) ?, so I have had to rewash my clothes a couple of times. Then, one of the costumers told me that the machines don't really have hot water. If you touch the door of the washer you can feel if it's at least warm, but when I touched the doors of the three or four machines I was using, only one of them was lightly warm ?. Again, I don't mind paying the extra charge for the hot water, but I mind if there is no hot water. I spend about 150-200 dollars, a month on laundry. I don't think this is correct ?. Hopefully, the people in charge can do something about these issues...I would like to continue using this place to do my laundry ????? and be happy again ?. I thank you advance for your interest, dear owner/managers!

“Unfortunately for me I started a new job requiring me to wear a blazer. On my two days off I bring it to be cleaned. Most all other places tell me at least 3-4 days! This business is great, I explain my situation and they have it ready by close of next day. The cost is beyond reasonable. The service is friendly and they always call or text when it's ready. I have tried 3 other places in santee and all were quite under par! Just a highly suggested recommendation!!!!”

“This was a VERY nice laundromat compared to every other laundromat I have been to. It has a nice ambience places to sit while you're waiting it seems expensive to wash but the washers are humongous! We had about six to eight loads of laundry how many apartment complex it would have taken at least six washers. But we were able to condense it into one large washer Atlas laundromat so that was awesome!”

“Great job with my dry cleaning. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because I came during opening hours (7am), and the owner did not open up until (7:30). I ended up being late for work.”
“This place is great. The business operator does excellent dry-cleaning work and she meets the pickup deadline. I was provided with a 5-day turnaround from drop-off to pick-up. 5 days is faster than the 3 other cleaners I tested in East County prior to coming to Neighborhood Cleaners.
I wear suits to work and I will be returning to this cleaner for my cleaning/alteration needs in future.
I have tried nearly every cleaner in Lakeside, Santee, and La Mesa and I like this one best.”

“I would definitely go back to this place. They provided great customer service. I called before hand and they provided a relatively accurate quote. I was a little worried when my blazer was not ready on time but the owner was able to get it to me within the hour and was very honest and kind about the whole ordeal. In addition to the customer service all of my clothing was well taken care of and they provided all of the requested cleanings and alterations. Everything looks great and it was not expensive.
