Although Billion Creation and I knew the hat being damage was out of their control they opted to offer a full refund or reshipment. I really wanted the hat so I took the reshipment. Customer service was exceptional and amazing. They now have a customer for as long as they are in business.”

“I had an outstanding experience at El Centenario in Chula Vista. I came in looking for a suit, boots, and a belt for an upcoming wedding, and Enrique took the time to help me put together an outfit that exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of western wear, attention to detail, and eye for matching colors, materials, and styles made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
What impressed me the most was the level of craftsmanship and customer service. Enrique custom-fitted and handcrafted an ostrich skin belt for me right there in the shop to ensure it fit perfectly. That level of dedication and expertise is something you rarely find anymore. He also recommended an excellent local tailor who completed the final alterations, making the entire experience seamless.
Everyone at the store was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Their selection is not only extensive, but the quality of their western wear is unlike anything I’ve found elsewhere.
If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality western clothing and exceptional customer service, I can’t recommend El Centenario enough. Enrique and his team went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.”

“5 stars are for Lala... not the rest of the store. She was the only employee who went above and beyond to help my mom. She treated her with kindness, listened to what she actually needed/wanted, and took the initiative to verify information instead of brushing her off. Because of Lala, my mom was able to get both pair of shoes she wanted ordered. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, Lala stood out. She was warm, genuine, and made my mom feel like she mattered. As her daughter, I can't thank her enough for the way she treated my mom. Hibbett needs more employees like Lala because she represents what excellent customer service should look like.
