“We had the pleasure of working with Jaime when seeking a Toyota RAV4. We initially went there looking for a used 2023 one, but Jaime advised us that for a little bit extra, we could get a brand new 2025 one. He was very welcoming from the start and we never felt any pressure when working with him. Yosef was also helpful as he explained details clearly and, also, did not make us feel pressured. This is the second time I have been to this location for a vehicle and their customer service is what stands out the most to us.”

“Enterprise has always been my rental car agency of choice. Reserving a car and picking one. up is easy and the cars are usually well maintained. I've never had a problem with them. The staff are efficient and friendly too. The only con: last time I reserved a 7 seater but when I arrived they only had 5 seaters. This caused a major disruption to my plan. Despite this, Enterprise still deserve 5 stars.”

“I was so grateful to learn I would'nt have to trek to the east bay to get a rental! Make your reservations online conveniently. I was also able to extend my rental online very easily. I had a fabulous experience checking in and the vehicle was ready to go, thoroughly cleaned and a full tank of gas - completely set up for my use. The gentleman that checked me in was thorough, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and service provided. Take a right into the driveway (right where the Budget & Avis signs are located on the side of the building) go down the short hill to the back and the office is the first one on the left. You will see the rental cars and trucks in the parking spaces, so you know you're in the right space.”
“The manager and staff are pretty nice(sorry for not knowing their names). The CarPlay wasn’t working and tire pressure was low when I picked up the car. After I checked with them, I got a new car. Really appreciate it! They are responsible! We wouldn’t know what the cars we get but the staff here is nice and responsible. Would visit it again”

“This location should be voted the best of has the best, Just 2 person team handling the location so efficiently, they deserve so much appreciation, the location has latest electric cars, one can reserve a specific car, the customer support from the team is outstanding both Genesis and Manager Rebecca are quick to respond, they even call back if they miss the call and explain issues with the delay or regarding billing and maintenance. “Sophia's customer service is absolutely outstanding! When my favorite electric vehicle (EV) wasn’t available to rent, she put me in a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I was a little hesitant to accept at first, but I ended up averaging a gobsmacking 51 miles per gallon (mpg) over nearly 1,500 miles, which made my trip to and from Crater Lake National Park so much more enjoyable. I couldn't have picked a better alternative — all thanks to Sophia.
