“I have had a very rough storage experience with my last storage facility , us storage, was awful , so Public Storage had better prices and was in a better location for my job , so naturally I came here , and I must have carried bad jeujeu from the last place because upon arrival, with all my belongings in tow the elevator access broke down and has made my move quite difficult. Well I couldn't move my belongings , from my last storage to this one not being able to access my unit , and having to take time off , gas etc .. you can imagine it could be quite devastating on one's livelihood I mean I do rely on access for tools for work. So all this being said PS has noticed my struggles and situation , has attempted to correct the issue and gone above the normal procedures to satisfy my frustrations , I do have to say I'm impressed with the customer service . Management was very helpful, and pretty much the underlying reason that facility runs as well as it does . I would recommend for sure!”

Your representative was also clean cut, looking sharp in all black, looks professional. He was very friendly and warm. He explained everything we needed to know in order to come to an agreement. “Good place to store stuff that's safe I've had many and fire flood from sprinklers at other places damaged stuff and others had people living inside with theft others places jack your rent often and large amounts this place is fair & safe friendly.”

“Jenny is the best. We had several complicated problems with things that never happen to anyone and she was ready with solutions. She is considerate and fair and the facility is clean with outdoor electricity good hours. And i have to mention that her office smells wonderful. Highly recommended.
