He gave me opportunity to ask questions or repeat information if needed. Rick is a great asset to your facility.”
“Ed advised me of his arrival time at my home and was on time. He kept me informed as he dealt with holiday traffic traveling to my drop off location. Arrived as soon as he could and set up my container quickly. Would work with him again.

“I really appreciate the services here at Chapman RV Storage #2. The spaces are clearly marked and the lot is very clean. Ample lighting, security cameras, and top of fence deterrents , and remote controlled access help to really secure the premises and protect your property. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I come back year, after year for my RV storage needs. I highly recommend giving Stephanie, and the rest of the staff a chance to help you with your storage needs.”
“My husband and I got here super late, we needed to get a rental van. Chris the staff at the location was super helpful and understanding. He didn’t make us feel bad for walking in 5mins before they closed. The process was fast and it was affordable as usual with Uhual (we only needed to go a few miles from a local HomeDepot). The place was clean and very organized. Chris thanks again. I’m literally in the car (Hubby is in the rental truck) writing this review, because it took about 5mins to get everything done. Great customer service!”
