“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.”

“I have always loved this baby store from when my mom used to take us here as kids and let us pick one item for our baby dolls. Now as an adult I shop here for all my friend's babies, and when I have a child someday, their wardrobe will be solely Carter's! You just can't beat their wide assortment of clothing and shoes, it's all so cute”
“My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”

I called almost 4 hours before I went in and the employee who answered my call passed down the messsage to the person in charge and they remembered that I was the one who called when I came in. “First time discovering "Surprise" clothing I was waiting for Charcoal BBQ next door. Popped in for a second then needed to leave since my party was called for seating. Thought to myself, I'll be back. Second time came with my daughter, she picked out a cute night set. I grabbed some eye lashes. This is a pretty tradition Korean clothing spot. Like fashion Q, forever 21, Boomy, LUV, etc...Recommend for simple cute fun outfits. Date night, kids first day of school. They have variety of options, anyone who complains cheap clothing. This is the same shit as any other place. If you're looking for high end quality goto Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom or a luxury brand. Third time I had came in today. Just for some lashes. I was greeted right away, looked around. The employee today helped me out so much. Had asked her on her opinion, on multiple things. Felt like she was being honest, which is a plus for me. I was more bothering her, they have no problem giving you your space here so you can roam freely. Walked out with " eye lashes of course, few shirts and some jeans. Customer service was great so I'm okay drive out this way for just " eye lashes" again. Next time I'll get her name, if you see this thank you again for all of your help! You're amazing and Surprise is lucky to have someone like you.”

“It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”

“I stopped by this Tillys store inside the Valencia Promenade to look at hats. They had some nice hat selection and some skateboard too. A worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I also checked out their sunglasses and watches too.”
“I stopped by this Foot Locker to look at basketball shoes. They had some good collections of Nike and Jordans in the store. I also took the time to look at some shoes cleaning products as well. Danny was one of the worker and he was very polite with me. The prices are on the higher end for some shoes.”
