“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”
“Greta’s Gun Store is the best gun shop in Ventura County. I have been a customer here for the last 10 years. The clerks here offer excellent customer service, take time and answer questions. I purchased a Glock 34 Gen 3 with a Streamlight TLR-10 attachment. Thank you Jasmine, Garret and Alex you guys rock!”
“If you need a bike. do yourself a favor and visit Alrick at the Santa Clarita location. He'll do a great job to taking care of you and getting you into the correct bike for your needs. Sure, you might be able to find a "cheaper" bike somewhere. However, you get what you pay for....I always say; "Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheat tattoos aren't good". Lol! It's actually less expensive to "buy right" this first time.”

“On Track is the best!!! I cannot recommend them enough. Eric is a wizard when it comes to foot science, pain relief and customer service. The guy is a subject matter expert, so informative and clearly passionate about proper running sneakers customized to your particular foot without compromises. He didn’t try to upsell me at all, instead he treated me like a friend who genuinely cared about my well being and comfort. Before I walked out I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who was a phenomenal guy who clearly cared about his customers. They scanned my feet free of charge to make sure I got the perfect fit. Beyond impressed with this establishment and the caliber of people behind it. Thank you Matt and Eric. You have made me a customer for life!”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“Great products and even better customer service. My torque wrench socket holder ball fell out and wouldn't keep them on the wrench. Carlos and the customer service yeam response was quick, professional, and positive experience. My wrench was 35 YEARS OLD. Unbelievably, a replacement was sent in a week. A+”

“This big 5 was a good one. Everyone was so nice there and helped me out to fine what I needed.the deals are great depending what you are looking for. At the end the cashier helped me get my stuff to my car and she didn’t need to and that was just an act of kindness.”

“I stopped by this Foot Locker to look at basketball shoes. They had some good collections of Nike and Jordans in the store. I also took the time to look at some shoes cleaning products as well. Danny was one of the worker and he was very polite with me. The prices are on the higher end for some shoes.”
“Lucas and Julie are the go to people for your bike issues. There is also a new associate that is working back there and he was really helpful when I came in before. We bought my son a bike for his birthday and he has been really rough on it. We purchased the warranty with the bike which I strongly recommend because we have already used the warranty a couple times within the past four months. We did have to wait a while for parts. That was the only downfall but not their fault. I did get called two different times saying that the bike was ready and it wasn’t when I got there but luckily, this time Lucas was working and was able to adjust what needed to be adjusted on the spot. I highly recommend speaking with Lucas or Julie if you have a bike repair. Also buy the warranty they offer when purchasing!! I also find the store very organized and clean every time I come pin, which is nice .”
