“Oak Tree Gun Club is hands down my favorite outdoor range in Santa Clarita, offering a fantastic setup for both casual and experienced shooters. The rifle ranges are always well-maintained, which is absolutely perfect when I want to spend some time practicing with my AR. The staff is highly knowledgeable and prioritizes safety while keeping the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. It's a massive facility with plenty of options, making it easy to get a great lane without feeling crowded. I highly recommend this spot for a top-tier day of target shooting! Prices are reasonable, and I am planning on getting my club membership.”
“I’ve been here twice for two different reasons. This last time was just as fantastic as the first time. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I learn so much about the bikes which in turn helps me make an educated and confident decision when making an expensive purchase. I love this location! I do want to acknowledge Omar who spent about 2 hours helping my son pick out a bike that fit what he wanted. Just to add, I am a dark skinned Hispanic woman and I NEVER felt discriminated against, not even being in SCV for what that is worth.”
“I had an outstanding experience at this baseball sporting goods store! From the moment I walked in, the owner (whom I did not know was the owner till the end) was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the sport. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, whether it was gear for practice or equipment upgrades.
The selection is impressive; everything from gloves and bats to apparel and accessories. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made the shopping experience even better.
What really stood out was the customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any pressure to buy. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and the sport.
If you’re a baseball player, parent, or fan, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for all my future gear needs. Highly recommend!”
“DUDE THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGENDS when i first got my poker heart of the hide glove they gave it to me 10% off (i think) cause it was my birthday and they gave me a FREE (i think) break in service which was absolutely perfect and the people there AMAZING the are like the g o a t but ye they are a good place (dont go to dick's sporting goods. their glove selection is not so good compared to baggers) OK BYE NOW -juan figueroa ;)”
“Had a great experience at this shop. Francis and Jake were very helpful amazing customer service! Highly recommended! We drove from out of town and got two amazing rackets from there. Well worth the stop!”
“So grateful for this small, mom and pop owned store. It's organized and there's a great inventory of used equipment. I'm sure they must rotate their selection seasonally. This most recent time we found exactly what we wanted for snowboarding and in the past, we got what we needed for summer beach gear. Highly recommend.”

“Went here looking for thermal underwear for my wife. Unfortunately they only carry the waffle pattern which would be fine with me but my wife wanted smooth thermals because she wears stretch pants a lot and says it would show through. Considering what we paid for smooth thermals at Target the waffle pattern ones at Big 5 were half the price and the much bigger selection.”
“Excellent experience! Jaro was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my whole family found the right shoes. The customer service was outstanding, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for my next pair!”
“Always find great deals here, and the staff are super helpful with finding stock and assisting you. Definitely my go to store for all my gym clothing and shoes. They even have some cute lounge wear for after the gym 😊”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”
“I stopped by this Boarders store inside Northridge mall while my wife was shopping. I knew they would have skateboard here so I wanted to check out what they had. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.”
“Shop is a little on the small / cluttered side. Kinda hard to find first time as its back off the street behind a different business. They do have a good variety of soccer gear and other things such as shoes and boots. Went to outfit my son for soccer league and we were able to get cleats in his size as well as kids' shin guards and socks.”
“My wife needed to get a pair of comfy sandals that were reasonably priced and Famous Footwear had a brand she prefers. She walked out wearing them and they have maintained the comfort she needed.”
“Didn't have an item @ the location that I initially went to.... but the found & located what I needed @ another location. So what that being said... I was able to purchase what I needed. Excellent customer service.”
“This big 5 was a good one. Everyone was so nice there and helped me out to fine what I needed.the deals are great depending what you are looking for. At the end the cashier helped me get my stuff to my car and she didn’t need to and that was just an act of kindness.”
“Called Dorsal and spoke with Mark and Kyle. These guys know their stuff. I came for a board bag and left with the bag, a leash, fins and soft racks. I had no idea they made so many surf products.”
““Stopped by for the first time and ended up staying way longer than planned 😂
Tons of cards to look through, from cheap finds to big hitters. Staff was super chill and helpful without being pushy. Just a really fun place to hang out if you’re into cards.
Definitely coming back😍😍”
“AS OF 8-13-25 For shipping and receiving big rig drivers. There is a couple of over night spots against the back wall. I came a day early to get loaded, Chewy the shipping manager had okayed that. These people are very nice. The receiving door is at 4. They do have you come inside while loading. The back up area for door 2 was a little tricky with the cars parked where your pull up space is but managed. Everything went well and I’d definitely come again.
Thank you for making my day.”
“Thanks to the Foot Locker big sales email given last week, we were able to research the sale discounted shoes online available in our local stores to find out if any were of our interest.
When we arrived in the Northridge Foot Locker, it was great to be welcomed by an associate immediately. The discounted sales racks were arranged nicely for us to find the shoes that we had found interest in online.
My husband got so lucky that the shoes he liked were in his exact size on display for 50% off! An associate checked in with us as we showed interest in that display shoe and informed another associate to find the other one in the back for us! After trying them on and making the decision to purchase the pair, we went directly for a register.
Unfortunately, someone was being helped for a time-consuming purchase, so we waited awhile. It was wonderful how an available associate noticed this patience test we were experiencing and offered us a different open register for our purchase. She made us feel like we mattered and we happily purchased the discounted shoes with the feeling that we would return again for another purchase in the future!”
“If you're in the area this is the only place for soccer gear you should be going too. My son plays for AYSO and staff always takes care of my son and I and give their opinions and thoughts on boots and gear and have a wonderful selection of team gear as well”

“I ordered from this business on Amazon.Excellent customer service and great support.I wanted to return the item as the cycling jersey did not work as expected. The owner laid out the Amazon return policy in great detail so that I would understand how to proceed.Unfortunately, I had opened the package and tried on the jersey only to realize that the back pockets stretched out too far for comfortable riding .The owner understood my concerns and offered me half of my payment back as compensation for the faulty manufacturing of the jersey.Greatly appreciated this owner's response and willingness to help me out. Most places would have just said no.What a great business!”
“I had custom design that I wanted embroidered on a hat, and Logan was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process! He did an amazing job on the embroidery! You can tell he’s a professional at what he does! We will definitely be going back to him for more custom hats in the future!”
“Highly recommend this location!
Came here to purchase a pallet gun and Julian was friendly
and very informative on the different types of pallet guns.
Thanks again Julian!”
“If anybody wants good customer service I highly suggest going to the Northridge pro image sports store. The manager, James and his associate Efrain were absolutely amazing in taking care of my exchange.
Haven’t had great service like this in a very long time!”

“Great place to buy safety boots. They have a wide variety of shoes, from rugged steel-toe work boots to comfortable everyday options, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right fit.”
